Pros: Nice surrounding esp early morning Nice reception, he returned my iphone which was left in the common area sofa good strong hot water Cons: mosquitos in my room, need to wake up at 2 am to kill 5 of them- hotel should install mosquito window screen my friend room in basement floor is super noisy at night because of the pool table in the center areas and kids running around ( poor sound proof) poor breakfast choice , nasi lemak ( plain no chicken) or mee goreng. Served from 8:30-9 am only ( not many starts their travel day after 9am in super jam Cameron) we booked 2 rooms with double bed but 3 days before my check-in a email was sent saying that “ hi your room is 2 single beds, check in time is 3pm onwards ya....thank you”

Read moreWill never ever recommend to anyone. We booked this so called 'Villa' for our wedding anniversary after carefully reading all the good reviews from booking platforms. There's a Malay saying, "Indah Khabar dari rupa" is what exactly we faced once arrived at this so called 'Villa'. We were asked to pay deposit of RM100 though our stay were paid in full before arriving. They need hard cash, no QR, no Debit. 2 Indonesian ladies with 1 bangladeshi runs the reception. This guy hardly understands English/Malay languages. There's no lift. The first room given to us has big hole on the wall, smelly bathroom, leaking shower and not to mention the big beetle in our room. Ran down to change the room, the second room is also smelly and ran down again to get another room. This final room is 'ok' but also smeelt bathroom and water pressure is incredibly low. I have to mention that their so called breakfast is simply an overcooked corn, overcooked sweet potato and sausages from ancient times. Self service and the pan to fry sausage looks like they picked up from Besi Buruk!
Please never ever...
Read moreI love the staff. Very friendly and ever so willing to help whenever they can. The place is acceptable. Location wise is perfect with beautiful scenery. Here is my sadness...the POOR DOG. I cannot understand the logic of having a dog and chained up with short leash! What's worst is the poor dog had to live in a poor condition. It gets really cold in the middle of the night and the poor dog is left out in the cold condition. This is cruelty! I wish the owner would have some sense of humanity and give the dog up for adoption if he or she cannot keep up with maintaining the well being of the poor creature. Please have some thoughts about this dear owner as it is painful to hear the dog crying every time during my 2 nights of stay. It's pointless to make money like this and on the side this poor creature is crying for help but to no avail. I'm a pet parent myself, voicing out for the poor soul and hope to...
