The host was good and helpful. The unit was well maintained.. However the common area was very dirty. Garbages and its stinky fluid are everywhere from the hallways ,lifts , parking area and the entrance and the worst we didnt notice anyone cleaning it throughout our 3 days during stay. If the common area are well taken care it will be very welcoming and much pleasent looking

1. there are many clothes moths on the ceiling of the room...afraid that will suddenly fall off when sleep😰 2. sofa bed with lots of red ants🤦🏻‍♀️ 3. there are also many small cockroaches in and out.😖 4. there is still hair insides when open the quilt 😰 5. Finally..the big cockroaches appeared 😖😰 summary : unpleasant / unclean / uncomfortable 😖😖😖

We booked into 5days 4 nights stay from 21-25 April 2023. It was the best ever apartment we have rented so far in Cameron. It was clean, tidy, well-equipped with cutleries, cooking wares, toiletries and nicely decorated. We loved it so much! We hope to get the same unit again when we book next time.

We reach cameron and checked in at 6pm and then check out at the same day at 9pm and straight back to KL. The room is stinks and not clean. Beds have bedsbug , smelly and dirty really disgusting. They dont even clean the place after the previous customer check out. Rate for cleanliness 0/10 i dont recommend this place. This is the first time and last time our holiday at cameron highlands with my family and this is the worst...
