The homestay was very close to convenience stores and food stalls, even a mall. All within a walking distance.

The check in/our process was quite simple as they were only a call away. And they came right away during the check in and out times. Even when we needed help.

They had 3+1 rooms and a living room with sufficient space. The water heaters had a bit of a problem - whereby it spurted out hot and cold water within short intervals. The water heater was too high up for us to make any changes as well. We could only rely on changing the flow of water. That aside, they had a fridge, rubbish bins, enough beds for 12 guests (not top notch but sleepable), wifi (abit slow), and a TV.

The only worst experience was when we opened the fridge, we found the smell of rotten eggs 🤢. Perhaps it was the previous tenant that caused it. But we sort of expected it to be cleaner with the 3 hours check in/out interval? Despite that, the cleaners came right after we complained and the smell wasn’t as bad after (but still there).

Not bad to be honest. One electric induction is provided so for a big family it's gonna be hard. Cutleries cups glasses are provided along with plates and bowls.Restaurants are also nearby the house lots. Descent hot water in the bathroom. Sometimes it doesn't work. Bring your own blanket if you don't like to use provided one. Chilling temperature at night. For those who have feet pain please bring ur sandals to wear for comfort because the tiles...
