It's bad experience here in term of Costly Price Food serving speed (1 hours) Employee attitude

Ok, maybe can say that it's tourism place so the price will be cost a bit more, ok. But I didn't expect that, even cancel order and pay for 8 drinks, it cost RM70++

Here's came to the point, it's 24/4/2022, morning 10:00am, my family came here for breakfast, but guess what, I been there for at least 30min to get our drinks. After that, around 1 hour++ ady, the food haven't serve yet, isn't Old Town White Coffee have set their time limit for that? Is it because lack of staff or lack of efficiency?

Then we decided to cancel the order & change to somewhere else. At this point, so dramatic, the food come out at this point. The staff Patrick came out, serve with one of our food without any apologize. He said, : 'You see, so many customer that wait here for food even some of them earlier than you' (wow, so old town white coffee didn't follow the sequence la)🙂 : 'Its your turn now, but if you don't want you can cancel your order' **Hah! this kind of attitude, didn't apologize for the delay nvm, still want to blame us for not understanding your situation)🧐

Finally, we decided to cancel the order. And wrote this review share to you about my experience 🙂

Be careful to make your choice for the breakfast. If you still want to come here, wish you good luck, who know they can become better someday right.

Once again, today is 24th April...

Dine in here. Only us at that time and waitress still get me a wrong order. Ordered for rice with rendang chicken and get fried one, asked the waitress politely ad she didn't change my order but simply put rendang paste "very little of it" on top of the fried one. For the portion and price.. I don't think it's worth. Nothing ever special here and the menu is ok ok. Not worth the price (mention it twice). We better support stalls/mamak/kedai tomyam than restaurants like this 🙂 one thing that I am sure of is.. they really check your MySejahtera Apps and count to 14 days after vaccination which is very rare to find place that particular about this. This is my 1st time been in owc tanah rata, cameron highland. We were greet by their staff at the counter nicely,we ordered food n we get our meals & drink after 30min even only less than 10 pax guest in total. I was so disappointed with the nasi lemak ikan bilis,so oily the sambal bilis.. however I had my fav asam laksa,no doubt. Then we ordered 2 mineral water,ring bell 3times while the malay guy supervisor make his own thing without notifying guest calling.. so,in the end only for a water need to wait for 15min after we all done finished our food. The malay waiter & waitress being so nice but the supervisor guy being so bossy & make face to us never say sorry or apologize for a kind a late service.. Bad experience at this...
