YTS Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

I booked a Family Room on the 3rd floor and, unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were far below expectations. The ceiling had visible mold, and there was a thick layer of dust around the headboard area. The kettle provided in the room was not working at all, and the hot water system was also problematic, making it difficult to have a proper shower. The floor felt sticky when walking barefoot, which gave a very unhygienic impression. On top of that, the cups provided were dirty and dusty, clearly not cleaned properly before being placed in the room.

Another major inconvenience was the location of the Family Room itself. It was on the 3rd floor, but the building has no lift. This made it extremely inconvenient, especially for families traveling with elderly parents or anyone with mobility issues. Carrying luggage up the stairs was also a hassle.

Overall, the room conditions and facilities were very poor, and it did not feel comfortable or welcoming. For the price paid, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest convenience. Room is too small and is not clean when first entering. Found sands and pieces of tissue paper on floor. Also found a ciggarette filter at the toilet. The receptionist is never at the counter unless you call their number. First time stay at this hotel only realized that it is under same management with Hotel Pop Ash. The reception is downstairs of Hotel Pop Ash to check you in, I received a 3rd floor room since I booked deluxe king room. Need to walk without elevator but room 301 is with nice street and partial mountain view.
