It was my first day stay at Strawberry Park Resort. I was amazed with the warmth welcome by the Resident Manager and the staff. The resort was perfectly designed for a great stress free and relaxing holiday. The evening tea and cakes were yummy especially the strawberry jam which was fresh gorgeously rich berry flavour and nice sweetness; unforgettable and wanting more if the chef could sell this signature jam. More to share....the steamboat dinner at the resort's Chinese restaurant. Variety of fresh and tasty steamboat items made our day happy and warm with 2 types of soup to accommodate the climate which was less than 18 degrees. The friendly English speaking waiter made us feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended at all times. Never missed their strawberry ice cream as dessert. A complete day with great service. You will definitely feel the satisfaction.
Day 2 at Strawberry Resort, my family woke up with the chill and misty climate. We started our day with buffet breakfast. As for a 4 star hotel, the spread was indeed thumbs up. Variety of food ranging from Asian and Western made our growling tummies to satisfaction. The management still practices hand gloves to beware of Covid 19. Their fast finishing items were Omelette and Paratha. Hope to try on the next stay. Next, the tea break was a bonus for my family. We actually went to the cafe to enjoy our lunch. Since it was encroaching tea time, we had lunch and tea together. The lunch food was delicious. You must try the Mee Goreng Ayam Kriok, Malaysian fried rice, fish and Chip and mushroom soup with garlic bread. On top of that, the hotel waiter served us three tiers of tea break kuih- muih, sandwiches, cakes, fruits etc. They were generous in terms of food as we had to eat as much as we could so that it will not go on waste. Do not miss your tea, brewed in teapots and warmed us during the raining and chilling weather. Ultimately, a good stay on our 2nd day here.
Our day 3 was welcomed by the morning sun with a misty climate and a great view from our location. We started with breakfast at the resort. The delicious Malaysian pan fried bread@ Roti Canai was one of their best and fast finishing item eaten with Indian dhaal curry and chicken thick gravy...so yummy. The resort also served a lot of food for breakfast and you will definitely like them very much compared to any other 4 star hotels. Our day was blessed with a trail walk and it was a new experience for my family. We enjoyed the nature for an hour walk accompanied by two friendly and knowledgeable rangers as our tour guide throughout our trail walk. As we reached the peak, beautiful overview of the Cameron was on our eye-catch. As we came down we saw many mossy trees and cinnamon tree. The friendly Uncle Garderer showed us his newly cultivated strawberries, vegetables and flowers. Overall, the resort was looking cheerful with many colourful flowers along with friendly, polite and...

Read moreDear Management,
I am writing to share my recent experience at Strawberry Park Resort, which unfortunately fell far below my expectations.
My family and I have been loyal patrons of your resort for many years, cherishing the countless memories we've made within your premises. However, our recent stay left us deeply disappointed and disheartened.
We booked two rooms for our family gathering, but one room had a severe issue with the sewerage system, emitting a noxious odor that disrupted our sleep. Your staff who arrived around 1:30am in the morning was also disgusted by the stench upon entering the front door. The packing and unpacking of our belongings only exacerbated our inconvenience, culminating in an untimely relocation that marred the tranquility we sought during our retreat.
To our dismay, the replacement room also had the same issue, and the lack of proactive service recovery only compounded our frustration. Moreover, the behavior of your resident manager, Mr. John Yeo, was particularly concerning. His dismissive attitude and lack of empathy towards our concerns were unacceptable for a hospitality professional.
We urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, including reviewing CCTV footage from the lobby area on the 10th of April 2024, between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, to validate our claims.
In conclusion, we are deeply disappointed by the lapse in service recovery and Mr. Yeo's unprofessional conduct. As loyal patrons, we expected exemplary service, but our recent encounter has left us questioning the integrity of your establishment.
We hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take measures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. Restoring our faith in your brand will require more than apologies; it demands a commitment to upholding the principles of hospitality.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response and assurances of remedial action.
Sincerely
Extremely...
