I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it was much BETTER !||||This time ALL BELOW are nightmares for me & my family :||||- Have to wait more than an hour for our room to be ready & surprisingly other customers able to check in smoothly AT 3.00PM !? Reasons given , our room is bigger than other customers therefore it is hard to clean it on time ??? HELLOOOO ... MEANING WE HAVE TO PAY FOR CHEAPER ROOM TO BE ABLE TO CHECK IN AT 3PM ??||Another reason given is due to short of Housekeeping manpower & it takes the hotel GM herself to meet me and explain !! For sympathy i guess ... and eventhough we were given late check out at 2pm ..we decided to check out earlier ( main reason is due to the pathetic breakfast buffet spread)||||- The hotel bellboy doesn't know how to SMILE and he always have the habit of staring at people with a scary stare and making me, my wife and son feel SCARED and UNEASY ... ** If the hotel GM reading this , please replace him OR give proper customer service training !||||- The buffet breakfast spread and choice of food VERY LIMITED and dull . Read moreTo be honest, one of the worst hotel I've ever experienced, when I checked in, the floor of the room is very dirty, so I need to ask the room service to clean up my room when I went out (I actually went out just because I can't withstand the dirtiness). Secondly, the bed makes me feel a bit weird, it feels like the spring will burst out at any moment, but my brother's bed is ok though (our room has two single beds). Thirdly, the door of my room, it needs to be lifted in order to close it, and the doorknob is loose, like it is gonna fall out at any moment. Fourthly, the whole atmosphere in the room makes me feel very dusty cause my nose is very sensitive. Fifthly, my brother can't find parking at night when we came back just because there's a wedding being held, I mean the hotel should at least secure our parking space right? Read more23/8/2025 I booked one Superior Queen room and one Superior Twin connecting room. When we arrived at 4 pm, the check-in process was fast, and we were given rooms 506/507. My family and I were very happy, but unfortunately, upon entering the rooms, they were not connecting rooms. As a father, I went down to the reception to inform them.
The staff apologized for the mistake and said the correct room would be ready in an hour. What else could we do? My family and I had to wait in the lobby. After 40 minutes, the staff came and handed us the key to the correct room and apologized again for the delay.
For the improvement of the hotel staff, please make sure that rooms booked by guests are properly recorded in the logbook, including room numbers and floors. This way, when guests arrive for check-in, the staff can simply hand over the keys and complete the registration smoothly.
