The bak kut teh was rich, aromatic and packed with herbs- the lady boss will also ask your preference for the cut of meat. Bak kut teh pairs well with the light yam rice.
The deep fried fish was crispy and not too oily- the condiments of chai po, chilli, soy sauce and lime made the dish really addictive and appetising. The stir fried sweet potato leaves were not overcooked and taste delicious.
