EPiC - Damansara — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Tried the food below :- Fish Chummy Burger (show inked finger on 9/5/18 get free burger) - first time try on epic. This bun is nice and fish is oven bake and so overall is quite pleasant taste and moderate crunchy.

Order butter citrus baked pollock set (pick 2 sides) (free one pizza) :- • butter citrus baked pollock is so small size (saying 130gram) . This size really not filling. Taste wise is ok. With the price tagged of about RM24 for the set. Kinda pricey already. • side 1 - Cauli-Rice : Too much of garlic. The whole cauli-rice I only tatse the garlic . Like without the cauliflower. Like eating garlic only . This is totally a Nay! Not recommended !!! • side 2 - Fire cookies : is an oven baked spicy chicken bites. Doesn’t taste spicy actually and quite tasteless & non crunchy. • Sam’s Hawaiian Luau Pizza - given quite lots of chicken meat for the pizza (the credit point) . But the pizza crust is not those crunchy & Crispy type. Pizza crust Base little bit hard. I would say pizza is not bad.

3rd time order on 26/5/18. They having a promotion where buy 1 free 1 burger from 21/5/18 - 31/5/18. • Order Chicky Chummy burger & choose a free Peri Chummy burger. I felt is quite dry their burger. Meat is tasteless . You need to add the sauce. By the way . Suppose the burger come with cheese slice but don’t know why my burger don’t have it. I guess they forget to put it when preparing. This cause the whole burger taste totally out of my expectation. Its ruin the burger without giving the cheese slice. • crunchy cookies - oven baked chicken bites which I also feel tasteless & not crunchy.

Conclusion : delivery service is good . On time . Food wise is average / moderately. But everything is less oil cause non fried stuff . All are oven baked which is the Credit point and suitable for those who are scare of oily & fat .. Of course when there is non-fried food . Basically it won’t be very crunchy ! 🤭

Updated as at September 2021 :- This shop probably keep changing owner or asking new investor to invest & in order to sustain. What I noticed is that, they keep changing the shop name in online platform becoming Boston Patty Melt, Yogiyo!cupbob , Chicago Pizza, Ozzie Burger 1989, Little KL Food Hall, Hola ! burrito. One shop split for 6 different name of restaurant (probably others names as well) & putting into food delivery platform (Grab, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood). Probably this is the marketing strategies but if the food quality is not there. It...

Beware of this ghost type restaurants that use different names to fool the customers. I ordered the foods using grab foods under the name of "Nasi Pak Adam" but got delivered Epic foods instead! The existence and operations of these food chains is questionable.

JAKIM SHOULD reevaluate their HALAL cert of these restaurants bcoz ada unsur2 penipuan dan manipulasi. Jika ada unsur2 ragu2 dan mencurigakan maka ia adalah tidak halal sebenarnya kerana akad jual beli yg ada unsur penipuan adalah tidak sah.

Benda haram tidak akan jadi halal even company tu claim ada sijil halal.

I actually Google this company up but found the ownership of this foods chains are not disclosed publicly.

Amat meragukan!

I hope this grab foods stop being a complicit to this foods syndicates who use Malay names and Islamic meme to deceive the customers

Food otherwise mediocre definitely not worth the price.

Please do research on this restaurant...

I placed my order at 10:30am from Food Panda for a pizza to schedule delivery at 12pm afternoon ... the order and transaction went through smooth .... the update from Food Panda app at 11:30am was the restaurant is preparing your meal ... at about 11:45am .. I managed to chat with the delivery person to inform him that he could leave the pizza at the guard house at the entrance ... at 11:53am ... the restaurant decides to cancel the entire order with response "We are sorry, but the restaurant does not deliver to your area !" ... what the heck ... 7 minutes before the schedule arrival of the pizza, the restaurant cancel the entire order ... I was expecting the pizza for a small gathering of friends .... very disappointed with Food Panda and with Bachelor's Co Pizza ... I definitely would NOT recommend this to anyone who wish to...
