Mr. Dakgalbi Paradigm Mall — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

After having so many Mr.Dakgalbisss, eg. Citta Mall(closed down), Sunway Pyramid, Setia Mall, IOI City Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, myTown and most recently Pv128.. over the years I believe since I started indulging in this ever growing affection as well as price, this branch over at Paradigm Mall has to be probably the cleanest, nicest and well-designed of them all.

However I've to admit that even though the taste is maintained, many things are missing, especially the cabbage and free drinking water, on top of that, they kinda did an improvisation on how the food is presented with a huge line of cheese in the middle, I'm not sure if this reduces the quantity of ingredients, not that I don't love cheese, but somehow it changes the taste fairly.

Overall, for the price and lack of items compared to other branches and esp. PV128 and coupled with the fact that this branch is the closest to where I'm staying, I would still opt for the PV128 branch in Setapak.

as a super regular to mr.dagalbi, i would like to help them to clarify that… i don’t think any branches offer free water? for your information this is the only branch offers spicy and non-spicy two versions of dagalbi, if i’m not wrong. if your dagalbi looks white it’s probably because you ordered the non-spicy one😢 please comment reasonably. plus their side dishes are pretty nice? have you tried their mashed potato? hahah i don’t know why i just love it so much

in terms of their portion, i do hope they increase it, i ordered 2x and 3x sets before, didn’t notice a significant difference i would say. but still acceptable cause i was never disappointed of the taste. and i do prefer their mess free cooking method. you should ask the manager if they can cook it in front of you if you...

Place seems new and clean. But was utterly disappointed when I found uncooked meat on my plate after waiting for so long for my food. The waiter was nice to change a new plate for me but again, it took very long before my food arrived. Everyone else at my table had finished eating, then only my food came. They also served other guests that came later than me, first, then only my food came last. Extremely disappointed. It’s my first time here and most probably my last, sad to say.
