Room type: Deluxe Queen with Window

A) Receptionist The deposit is RM50 and another additional RM50 if you need another key card. The reception area was very small though. There was an elevator provided.

B) Room Medium size. Paid RM90 for the room because i booked through agoda, the walk-in price is RM140. So with the price that i paid, i would say it's worth the price. Maybe i'll get mad to have paid RM140 and got a room with that size 😅 Still got space to perform your prayer. No iron though. The mattress was okay, not hard but not soft either. No full-body-length mirror.

C) Bathroom Got basic dental kit with shampoo + shower gel attached to wall. The floor is slippery, not because they don't clean it but because of the design and material of the tile. So if you got kids with you or if you're pregnant, please be extra careful. Can refer pictures attached to know more about the bathroom. Got two body towels, however they don't provide towel for the bathroom floor, given the fact that it is super slippery. Hot shower functions well.

D) Parking Ample parking spaces are available. First come first serve basis. Need to pay for coupon though.

E) Conclusion The hotel was okay. Located near a mall call Strand Mall. More like stranded mall i see. Got lots of shoplots, eateries and cafes around the hotel. Walkable distance. For dinner you guys can try Waneeda Tomyam- 5 mins...

First day got in, I was surprised cos the room looked great for its cheap price! But then things felt off after. There was a storage room beside our room filled with used towels and the door is always slightly opened. Then I realized that our bed had a yellow stain. Had me thinking if our sheets and towels are ever washed cos the towels in the room are always piled up. Also, I've only ever seen one receptionist at the counter (which was not my problem but soon got annoying as there was never anyone at the counter when we needed assistance or to inform our extension in stay. And the elevator and the reception always smell like cigarettes! Finding for a parking spot in the noon is the worst!
