Ā Ā Ā Read moreNIGHT OWL SPECIAL IS CHEATING CONSUMER 80% FACILITIES CLOSED FOR CLEANING WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BEFORE PAYMENT ONLY ONE HOUR PLAYTIME IS NOTIFIED
Why still wants to offer late entrance? Just to cheat people?
It was the first time I brought my kids to this playground just because I passed by the free playground out there, and notice that half price for late entrance.
My kids want to play inside, and with the half price staring at 8-9pm, one hour play time, RM 24.5 per kid thatās actually quite not fair but I accept because I want my kids to be happy.
But the reality is they ask you to pay for the half price not to play for one hour for all the facilities inside, but just a few facilities at the entrance which do not required any cleaning works.
Just about 10 minutes my kids stay inside, they started to closed all the ball bit area, all lego and table play area, trampoline area, left only the outside machine play area for my three kids to play because they want to start cleaning works.
It was fair if you told me you will be closing for cleaning around what time, but you told me that my kids can play for one hour but nothing is available and I need to pay for half price. Thatās so much not fair for us as consumer. If you are not willing to offer then better donāt do such things call night owl special, what so special to pay half price just to play with...

The place looks new and clean but a few of the attractions in the ball pit were already broken or malfunctioning. There were also quite a few wooden toys trapped inside the ball chute, which would be a danger if launched into the air and hitting the children.
Unlike most of parks/jungle gyms we visited before, this one was unsupervised. Kids were climbing back up the slides while others were sliding down and the zip-line was used quite carelessly too - some older kids were rough playing causing others hurt. It would be a safer place for children to play independently if the accident prone areas are watched over by staff.
Staff manning the food station was friendly and helpful - made sure to inform us when our food and drinks were ready while we were playing. However, right before we entered and after we paid, the staff at the counter suddenly mentioned that we will have to pay a RM200 cleaning fee if our kids threw up or had a potty accident. Sounds fair but it was quite a turn off cause it was the first time I was hearing this - not sure if this is hidden clause in all the other jungle gyms/parks we visited.
Overall, still a good...
