My colleagues and I came a day before Puasa and the service is so baddd.
We were seated in the open area and proceeded to order our food. A bit later, we realised that it started drizzling. My boss asked the waiter if we could switch seats and she replied "semua dah packed, nak buat macam mana?". In no way was she considerate the fact that we just arrived and was seated in the rain without even politely stating that the area was packed. After we repetitively explained the situation, the waiter seated us at the back below the canopy at an uncleaned table (which we had to move the dishes ourselves).
When shifting tables, we received some of our drinks and one plate of buttermilk chicken. Mind you, we ordered 4 buttermilk (2 takeaway, 2 dining). At that point, the food slowly arrived (an hour for all to arrive for our 12 pax). My buttermilk chicken had not even arrived yet to which I explained to the manager. He seemingly walked away, my thought at that time was to the kitchen. Another half an hour passed and again, no buttermilk. I complained yet again and added that our waffles had not arrived. The waiter only nodded his head and did not bother asking which waffle we ordered, proceeded to walk away. 20 mins or so passed again and still, no food. Its just a buttermilk chicken with rice, can I please go in to make it myself? At that point, the gasp of air had my belly full and I'd rather not eat anymore but my colleague decided to complain one last time to which finally, Lord heavens, it arrived. Honestly didn't look that appetising and was not worth an hour wait but I shoved it down my throat aggressively anyways.
I didn't want to be a Karen about this cus I work in FNB and I understand the struggle. If I wanted to, I would've complained after 10 mins of not getting my food. Only did after 30 mins mark and it was barely a complaint, more of a question. However, I made this review as it was more towards the attitude of your staff and how inconsiderate they were.
Raining and not even bothered to seat us elsewhere. Food not arrived for an hour plus and was not even interested in appealing to our question about the wait. Table was cleaned by your own customers.
Just goes to show how...
Read moreCalled earlier of the day to reserve a table, but they did not take reservation, only walk-in. Reached there and had to queue because the tables are full.
We initially got a table for 5, then requested to be changed to table of 6 because a friend is joining at last minute. Our request was denied but the waiter said we can add a chair.
When the friend arrived, we got the chair ourselves but was immediately told off by a waiter. She even wanted us to return the chair, and get the friend to either stand or leave. She was very rude, and inflexible.
One of the food, tenderloin steak, had a very small portion. There was only 1 small piece of meat with almost no garnish and/or sides.
The restaurant was overcrowded with very little space between each table. I could see frustrated customers due to the waiting time, and tired staffs due to overcrowded. The staffs worked very fast, but were inefficient and not friendly i.e no one is smiling at all!
All in all, these are issues of poor management. 1) They failed to train their staffs to be more humane and flexible. 2) The staffs that handle the food, kitchen staffs, should be aware of the portion. While the waiter should also realise the same and made changes before sending the food to the customer. 3) None of the staffs have accountability to their jobs. Highly likely because they do not feel appreciated by the management or unworthy compensation. 4) The staffs look tired due to many customers. Please accept reservation and limit the number of customers for crowd control.
Worst experience and will not...

*This review is meant to reflect my Ramadan Buffet experience on the 28th March 2024 (the 17th day of fasting)
Food: If you are a picky eater or you study in anything food industry related, maybe go for somewhere else. The food is like playing russian roulette with salt. Either your food is very salty or bland.
Service: Only 1 food station and 1 beverage station were set up. It’s on a first come, first serve basis. Most of the staffs on the deck were not fully trained and floor lead did not do a good job to direct the flow of replenishing the food and drinks. Hence, some of the food trays were already not refilled; and some just took so long, by the time it was refilled, you have to patiently and politely fight with the others to get your half . Maybe the flow was better after 8.30pm, but I won’t know that as our group were too disappointed and tired to wait and chose to eat somewhere else by then.
If you choose to dine here, expect to share your cutleries with your friends and to reuse your plates as those were scarce and will rarely be restocked at the stations. Please also bring extra drinking or mineral water cause the plain water was rarely refilled.
Atmosphere: Management could improve on the roofing to block the rain splatters from the wind. You can feel that the management were really trying to maximize the profit during Ramadan season, cause the amount of people is more than the number of staffs and their size of kitchen...
