Read moreVisited on 21/3/19. Sorry to say that the main course is not meet up to expectation. Order the pork steak, meat is not tender and juicy but it is HARD ! Choose the black pepper sauce but I don’t taste any black pepper actually. Besides, the smash potato is the worst smash potato I ever ate ! Is not fresh smash potato but a frozen smash potato where could obviously tell it is pre-made & freeze it into a small cup container & whenever customer order, kitchen crew would just take out from the freezer & just to reheat it on the hot plat (could tell from the picture the shape of the smash potato ) seriously, the quality of food preparing this way is real disappointing. I know the price is cheap for a pork steak only price tag at RM16.90 . But the quality , portion , sides given. I don’t think it worth a try even though everyone think that the price is very cheap & reasonable. Sorry to say that. The starter for sharing we ordered Nachos Chili Con Carne, this is alright .. if you are a cheese & nachos lover, could go for this finger food. I think for this place, having a beer & finger food to chill with friends & colleagues is alright. Lots saying their pork burger is nice. Seated outside the air-conditioned area, don't expect the waiters to look your way (even though you're waving like mad) There are no utensils on the tables outside. When they placed the food on the table, you expect them to notice the lack and utensils but they don't. Maybe they are trying to encourage eating with hands to save money on dish washing? All I want is my soup! Waiter forgot to place order for soup then try to convince me that I didn't place the order. I think I would know better. Even after I told him, it's ok, just bring me my soup - he went on to continue to argue and convince me that I forget to place my soup order. Just bring me my soup!
I usually give restaurants who are going thru "starting pains" benefits of the doubt but Uncle Don gets 2 strikes in one dining experience.
Just before I was to hit the submit button, Manager Jack noticed something wasn't right. I gave feedback above and he said he will rectify the mistake.
Maybe there is hope ...
