That night, while we were already asleep, a staff member knocked on our door and demanded that we pay in cash again, even though the booking had already been paid online. The next morning, instead of enjoying our planned activity in Selangor, we had to deal with the same issue — staff insisting we pay again.
We ended up paying twice, just to avoid wasting more time, since our stay in Selangor was short and we had already lost too much time and energy arguing. Fortunately, Agoda later refunded the original payment, but the experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional.
