Auntie Kopitiam — Restaurant in Selangor

A very decent and place to chill to look at the old town of Kuala selangor. Especially get a drink and chillax with the in house music playing oldie song make the time spending here is so good and looking out the weather and old town running for the day. This brand of coffee shop is having quite long history since year 1935 especially they are using Malaysia perak local coffee to brews with. They used to be using the Chinese style of "silk stocking" for brewing coffee. But due to the standard taste of brewing they are practicing other scientific way to serve the customer nowadays. Stopped by this restaurant during late lunch. Nasi lemak was out of order and did not informed earlier. After we placed an order, the waitress informed that they can’t make nasi lemak. Why can’t you informed us earlier that certain food is not available?

All the drinks were tasteless. Milo was watery, chocolate tastes water. We had to request the waitress to add sugar. The waitress wasn’t happy when we were requesting her to add more sugar into our drinks.

My niece ordered sandwich and there is a dead fly on the egg. Lucky she saw and we complain and the waitress did not charge us for the sandwich but it put us off.

I won't return but locals seemed to like it. Crowded on a Saturday morning. In the midst of ordering nasi lemak biasa, I told the waitress I wanted the RM1.8 one, she told me to self service from their tables. Subsequently, she still served me the nasi lemak biasa version 2 around RM6. Ordered roti kosong bakar, soft boiled eggs, kopi, nasi lemak biasa, breakfast set. Sorry but they are not to my liking.
