4Fingers Crispy Chicken @ Kota Warisan — Restaurant in Sepang

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Ordered from 4 Fingers Kota Warisan at 12:50 PM — app said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I arrived at 1 PM and waited almost half an hour. When I politely asked the staff with hijab about my order, the girl at the counter casually brushed me off, saying “usually the order takes time in the queue of waiting, your order hasn’t come in yet” without even bothering to check my order number and the system properly — even though I could clearly see a pile of packed orders sitting there. so i trusted them la.

I left to kill time and came back at 2 PM, only to find out my order had already been ready much earlier. Meaning: I was made to waste more than one full hour because the staff were too lazy or careless to simply do their basic job — to check properly when asked.

It doesn’t end there. I had ordered mixed flavour chicken (hot sauce + soy garlic). When I opened the food, they gave me plain, flavourless fried chicken — no sauce, no seasoning at all. Just plain chicken. Both pieces.

This shows a complete lack of care, no sense of responsibility, and zero respect for customers. They wasted my time and ruined my meal because they simply didn’t care.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Staff attitude was passive and careless from start to finish.

If you value your time, your money, or your patience, do yourself a favour and avoid this branch. These people obviously are so use to spend the time of their daily life wasted, no wonder they don’t mind wasting other people’s time just like that. no any guilt of consciousness. shame on you people, 4 fingers staff!

The seating here is limited. Only 20 people can patronize this place at a single time. Unfortunately for the restaurant, the electricity at this place tripped right during lunch hour. Unfortunately for me, I already placed an order and paid for what I thought was going to be a satisfactory lunch. Spoiler alert: It wasn't.

The staff was courteous enough to inform me that my food would be a bit late because they have issues with the electricity there. I told them I could wait. They also told me they couldn't give me the drink that I ordered because of the electricity issues and would give me mineral water instead. Okay, so not THAT bad. Coz to be honest, mineral water was better for me because I have weight issues.

I was however quite annoyed that they when they gave me my foods, there were chicken that was cold mixed in with freshly cooked chicken. When I mean cold, not from the fridge or freezer. It was most probably a batch of the chicken that was fried before the electricity tripped at the restaurant. It was also very insulting that they dared to serve the fries that they fried before the electricity tripped at the restaurant.

I recently ordered the Spicy Chicc Crunch from 4Fingers via delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it held up in transit. The food arrived hot and fresh, just like it had come straight from the kitchen — a rare win for delivery.

As for the flavor, the name doesn’t lie — it’s spicy! But in the best way possible. The heat is bold but balanced, adding a satisfying kick without overpowering the other flavors. The chicken itself was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, giving that perfect crunch with every bite.

Portion-wise, it’s definitely enough to leave you full and satisfied, making it great value for money. The service was quick, and even through delivery, the staff made an effort to be helpful and friendly, which added to the overall good experience.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you're craving something spicy, crispy, and filling, the Spicy Chicc Crunch from 4Fingers...
