Silap tak tengok review before makan sini. Hi, I’d like to give some honest and firm feedback about my recent experience at your Kota Warisan branch.

I arrived a little after 8:00 PM and placed my order before 8:10 PM. Right from the start, it was disappointing to hear that so many items were sold out: • Salmon – dah habis cik • Sirloin steak – dah habis cik • Onion rings – dah habis cik

I ended up ordering: Grilled Chicken – The chicken was very thin and average. Nothing special. Creamy Fettuccine Carbonara – This was the biggest letdown. It felt like I was eating fettuccine soaked in plain milk. The flavour was extremely bland, with just small bits of sausage and a thin slice of mushroom. No effort was made to add proper ingredients like chicken slices or seasoning. It was muak and unpleasant to eat. Mushroom Soup with Garlic Bread – The garlic bread was good. But the mushroom soup was too watery and milky. Just passable. A&W Root Beer – The only thing I genuinely enjoyed. But even that came only after I asked about my drink while I was already eating halfway, still with no water served until have to be reminded. It was not a busy time. Only 5-6 customer at that time. That’s completely unacceptable.

To be frank, this experience left me very frustrated. It really feels like the management is too focused on opening new branches and completely forgetting the importance of maintaining quality at existing ones.

If you can’t even keep basic dishes consistent or serve drinks on time, it shows a serious lack of attention to operations and customer experience. Please take this seriously this branch needs urgent...

First of - it’s a nice and decent ambience. Suitable for family with kids. Comfortable and not too congested.

Food wise, the price was a lil bit over rated. Why, because the food portion was kinda disappointing. I’ve eaten in many other western restaurant which serve lamb/chicken grill within rm20-rm30 per place that comes with a whole load of meat and sides but this was slices of lamb and chicken - tooooooo thin . To me, the portion I got here wasn’t satisfactory.

Taste wise, it’s good - not 5star but a decent job done on the meat. The flavors were there but the lamb grill was too crispy due to its thin texture. Otherwise, the sides was tasty.

A big no to their mushroom soup as they only modify Campbell canned soup - not fresh and it doesn’t taste good, I’m not sure what they add in it - it tasted sweet instead . Sorry but a big no to that. The garlic bread that came with the soup was nice! Very garlicky and buttery …

I would go again but it would be my last choice in list only due to the portion issue .

Otherwise...

Came all the way from Cyberjaya for 6 pax. When we arrive most of the patron left and we are the first new batches. Keep coming back with menu ordered was not available, then they keep sending our food 1 by 1 every 10 ish minutes (after 30 mins) but they do send multiple food to other tables as well. Once our food is arrived the food was cold and stiff as arrived after 45 mins and as it was prepared earlier. Not coming back and regret coming here as Tiktok review directed me to come here. Food was average and preptime was bad and long, 1 by 1 food arrived and its cold. Drinks some with super high sugar and some no sugar. Lamb portion is too little for the RM36 price paid with so little curly fries and pasta given. Will definitely...
