This hotel ONLY have Stairs. so if you have elders, do your research okay. . Queen bedroom. Suitable only for 2. If you have kids maybe you can take family room to be more comfortable. for me 1 night without window its okay. Small size room but with good price i think its okay. No mineral/drinking water provided but have jug in the room to get water from water filter (At stairs). and the cup provided is paper cup. . The bed is spring so if you move, it will shake the bed. . Bathroom toiletries , they only provide tower, shower gel & tissue. Oh partition between toilet & bed not cover until ceiling.. i mean, if you 'membuang' the one outside maybe can hear.. huhu.. There's space in between. Well, i attach the photo for you to see. But the door totally close so its okay. i don't really have problem with it. . Hungry? tired to bring car? no worries! you can just walk to aeon mall. Lots of restaurant there. they have food court too. Near aeon 'sushi area'. Dekat sangat! tak yah bawak kereta okehh. . Air conditioner can adjust and work really good. I even have to switch from 19 dgree to 25 above because its cold. haha. . Next to AEON Station 18, very conveniently located and food just next to it. This is a budget hotel where they provide a very basic facilities like shower heater, air-conditioning and TV. There is a hot & cold drinking water dispenser at stairway. My experience here on a quad family room was pretty bad one, the first room have a broken leg bed and the sink is clogged.

We were shown to second room and found everything was okay except the door lock was NOT in good condition but the next day the water heater was NOT operating as there was no water coming to the shower head and we're offered the next room for bathing.

Eventhough they provide alternative but we felt the inconveniences and the trouble, I considered this budget hotel run down and in bad shape.

I would miss this budget hotel or will NOT come to this...

Near Aeon Mall and Lotus. Also near Nasi Kandar place, even if you arrived late at night. Def the centre for everything you need. Before I check in, I want to find the ATM because I need a deposit, so I called the hotel 2/3 times but did not pickup. I want to ask how many deposits are needed. There are two people over there, but no one pickups. Also, after we check in, we call to ask about iron to use. I called using the telephone provided inside the room, and no one picked up.
