For me I abit disappointed and I feel it spoil dragon I reputation. Me and my family almost every year reunion dinner also choose dragon I, because my dad is very like it

This is first time I order at ipoh station 18 here. I was quite late order this time and I worry don’t know 21st jan I can collect or not, after I make order online I call to ipoh station 18 to confirm.

First time I call the staff is very polite and helpful, she tell me they haven’t receive, it need take 1 day fall in their system. And ask me can call back next day.

On next day 17/01 I call back to confirm the order. Is another person answer, and I tell her the purpose of my call, she shout very loudly “你的手尾来啦，手尾啊，去听电话，手尾” (in Cantonese)

As a staff u want talk about your customer or u want describe customer, u may mute first, somemore is want cny already I been call by someone as “手尾” should like I’m very trouble or bad things.

This is not only make me felt bad also is spoiling your dragon...

Food taste like oilster sauce. Actually I can cook and get this kind of taste. It's just mamak kind of taste with 4x mamak price. Worst services ever. It's 4pm no customers are here, The Waiter and waitresses they are still all mesed up. Serve my food without fork and spoon, failed to scan shoppee bar code, shopee voucher failed to mentioned minimum purchase before redeem, which I consider the epic failure ever. They don't give.you tissue paper so you have to bring your own... A scary statue at the front door indicated the owner of this store has a bad taste of architecture. The price is OK in this kind of expensive store. My family and friends got enough income to eat at this price. Would we go there? No. Stores besides it are all better. I’ve been a loyal customer of Dragon-i since it first opened in Ipoh, and I’ve also dined at several of their outlets across Malaysia. The quality has remained consistently good over the years. While the prices are on the higher side compared to your average restaurant, the portion sizes and overall presentation do justify the tag.

I was pleasantly surprised to see some vegetarian options on their newly launched menu during this visit—definitely a welcome step forward. I hope to see the vegetarian range expand even more in future to cater to a wider crowd.
