I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on1/25/2024 . Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention.
Regrettably, I encountered connectivity issues while attempting to access the restaurant's website through the provided QR code for ordering. Adhering to the guidance on the accompanying paper, which indicated that customers facing such difficulties could request a written order from the waiter, I sought assistance. Despite my efforts to attract the waiter's attention, he proceeded to pass by without acknowledgment on multiple occasions. This left me feeling disrespected and disheartened by the lack of responsiveness. Despite my clear communication about the issues I was facing, the waiter's unresponsive behavior persisted. This unexpected service experience at KIM GARRY has been particularly disappointing.
I understand that every establishment may face challenges from time to time, but the level of service I received during this visit was well below the standards I have come to expect from your restaurant.

The cheese baked rice is quite alright for me. The portion is a bit small compared with the above dish. However, despite being careful, the thin aluminium foil placed underneath tore and we have to be careful not to accidentally eat broken bits of it.My suggestion for improvement is that to either buy a thicker aluminium foil or change the way it is served as it can be quite dangerous. In terms of flavour, it is better than other cheesecake rice I had. It is a pity the dish is spoiled by the aluminum foil.
Drinks is yummy as well. The pearls in the yin yang is very chewy.
Service wise although it is lacked of personal touch, I am amazed with their system. After ordering with their qr code, the waiter brings your order in less than 15 seconds. I am truly impressed with their efficiency. The fastest I have ever seen. For a branch restaurant, I would say is very well done.

I always order the peanut butter, condensed milk thick toast, it was my favorite and it just my own preference. Some snacks and ice shave in the hot weather. Price was below average, totally worth the value.
