This is our first time staying at Hotel Felda Residence Kuala Terengganu, a 3-star hotel.
We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 11:20 pm, because on 9/6 our eldest child had swimming practice until 3 pm, and only then could we head to the hotel. When we arrived, there was no one around as it was late, but we were still searching for the lobby because usually, the lobby is on the ground floor. Coincidentally, we met my husband's friend who was coming down from the hotel, and we asked about the lobby. It turned out the lobby was on the 2nd floor of the building on the right side, and on the left side was the lift passage to the hotel rooms. After completing the check-in process, our luggage was immediately sent to the room.
There was 1 double bed and 2 chairs with a coffee table, which was comfortable enough for our family to stay overnight. Breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of menus provided. On the first day, there was nasi minyak, fried noodles, bihun soup, roti canai, various kuih, toast, and Coco Crunch. On the second day, there was nasi lemak, but I didn't get to take pictures of the food as I was busy taking care of my four kids who were having breakfast 😅.
For guests who bring their own vehicles, free parking is provided.
For your information, this hotel does not have a swimming pool. I'm not sure if there was one before, maybe they are renovating. Other Felda Residence hotels usually have swimming pools, like in Pahang, Johor, Sabah, and Perak. That's all from my review. Thanks NorAsna Fanta for...

Tips. Bring you own towel.|5) Super tiny shampoo and shower gel bottles. Not enough for two. Tips. Bring you own toiletries. |6) The air-cond was so cold even to the lowest temp. You either need to wear double or switch it off.|7) Order food to the room. The dirty plate was still there in the room next day AFTER they had done house keeping when I came back in the evening.
