Recommended to provide 2 cards ( max ) per room. Nights of mosquitoes. Hotel management MUST check any mosquito breeding grounds. 'Cop parking' attitude from one of your customers. Hotel management need to add this to their policy as a deterrent to customer as not to showcase such disgusting behavior as it will tarnish your hotel reputation by having such customer. 4.Fridge. Recommended to have one per room. Service not to the standard. Example: waited for 15 minutes for extra soaps and was informed by the hotel assistant, wrong room number was given and I was informed that after 5pm ( or 4pm) number of hotel personnel including receptionist is 3, hence the delay.
Hotel Seri Malaysia is one of the old players in service and hospitality in Malaysia and it will be better for the hotel management to consider the above points for future...

TBH I expected more considering it’s a “Seri Malaysia” hotel but sure lookit. Hotel is clean but man the building is ancient. They are in serious need of a major overhaul of their appearance. C’mon Seri Malaysia, yous need to at least look grandiose.
Standard service. Easy check in and check out. Room service available. The TV is like it’s from the 90’s. Remote in my room probably needs a change of batteries. Local TV channels available albeit slightly limited.
I don’t think there is a gym but I couldn’t be bothered to ask. Food tasted good but I wish they included more proteins. But it is to be expected given the breakfast is inclusive, need to cut cost somewhere I guess. Free parking, but very limited.
Location is great. Walking distance to Pulau Warisan, Kampung Cina and Pasar Payang. Dead...

but what i see.semuanya buruk2 and totaly not good for family.
1)the repcetion never smile or say hi.to me and just do they job and past me the key. 2)the restaurant view is superb.nice view.but the waiter is totaly like waiter kedai warung..and when we request the bil..they just say..byr kat sini.than i need to wait the staff key in food one by one for 3minit.i look the waiter or staff not happy to work there they just enjoy watch the tv.nyamuk,lalat ada.than the have sijil kebersihan A. 3)they room all is smoking room.totaly not good for kids or family.berbau rokok.water heater ermmmm...the room nothing to pround.they just collect your money and thats is.
I hope the management boleh cari hotel manager or general manager to rebrand the hotel,decoration,f&b and hotel greating.
Trust me all your staff need more traning .please bring back the old great era Hotel...
