OYO 90727 Hotel Mini Indah — Hotel in Terengganu

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO VISIT KUALA TERENGGANU!

The location is kinda strategic since it is located in city centre. But that's all. Rooms & service were SO TERRIBLE.

When I booked this hotel, I saw many 1-star bad reviews but I just ignored it, as I thought they were kind of spams. Till I realised that people were not joking. Room was not that smelly but was not clean at all. Toilet was not working at all. Don't ever imagine if I had a stomachache...

So I told the lobby staff about the issue, but you know what? She was so rude; she told me that all rooms are same. They were not willing to fix the issues.

I did not want to stay at the unit, so I finally decided to check-out about 2 hours after check-in. No refund, RM58 was gone. I booked here because of the strategic location and the cheap price, but the outcome was absolutely terrible.

I booked this unit via OYO. When I saw on OYO, the room looked quite okay; in fact it was fake. OYO must take an action...

It is located in the city centre and that’s the only good thing to say about this hotel. Apart from that what all you can see is Ugly restrooms, Mosquitoes filled bed room, colour filled toilet which kids will never dare to go near, Not working flush, Not working tap and No lock in rest room. Above all, no parking. So its our duty to place our car in a designated public parking space that is 500m far away and carry our luggage back and forth. Actually I booked another hotel and it unfortunately got over booking amd cancelled, because of which AGODA gave this as a replacement (punishment I should say). Never think about this place unless you are a bachelor, bothered about nothing, nothing to carry much, can adjust with mosquitoes and just need a place to stretch...

Hotel berhantu. Bahaya!!!!! Semalam bila sampai hotel ni suram. Tapi takpe la padan dengan harga murah. Parking takde. Tapi sangat tak selesa tido. Semalam bila saya dengan adik adik masuk bilik. Saya tutup pintu dan tidak pasti sudah kunci ke belum. Selepas kami dah siap mandi dan nak tido. Pintu itu terbuka. Saya pun bangun dan tutup pintu tersebut dan kunci. Saya yakin saya telah kunci pintu itu. Bila kami terbaring dan memang ready nak tido. Pintu tu pun terbuka lagi sekali. Adik saya cakap “ akak kenapa tak kunci pintu”. Saya dah cuak. Saya yakin pintu tu dah kunci. Bila saya bangun nak pergi tutup pintu itu lagi. Saya tengok pintu terbuka luas. Dan saya terpandang ada seorang lelaki duduk atas sofa dan tengok ke arah bilik kami tanpa berkelip dengan tersenyum. Saya terus tutup pintu cepat cepat. Kunci dan sandar bag pakaian pada pintu itu. Saya. Cakap kat adik saya ada orang mengintip bilik kita. Nasib baik dia tak sempat masuk. Pada awalnya saya ingatkan itu manusia. Tapi bila ingat balik postur badan masa dia tengok bilik saya seolah badan menghadap kedepan, kepala menghadap kebelakang. Kalau manusia memang tak boleh putar kepala sampai macam itu sekali. Bila saya terdetik hal itu. Saya tak bagitau adik saya. Sebab ada dengar kalau sebut benda tu nanti kena kacau. . Jadi saya tido dengan adik saya rapat rapat sebab takut. Bila keesokkan pagi. Adik saya tanya. Kakak kenapa bangun bersila atas lantai tak lena tido ke. Saya takde bangun pun. Jadi yang bersila tu siapa 😭. Jadi korang please dont pilih this hotel. Sangat bahaya.
