I had the pleasure of returning to YT Midtown Kuala Terengganu for a second time, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This hotel continues to deliver exceptional value, comfort, and top-notch service that left me feeling completely satisfied.Having previously enjoyed my first stay, I had high expectations, and I’m pleased to say that YT Midtown did not disappoint. Located in the center of Kuala Terengganu, it is only a few minutes walk away from China town. Convenience and food stores are in the vicinity.

Check in process is quick and efficient. I was given the key to my room within a few minutes. Wifi is strong and it's speed is commendable - one of the fastest amongst the hotels I have stayed thus far.

The staff (front desk, restaurant and cleaners) are really friendly and helpful. Fariz (the name of a cleaner) was quick and efficient in managing my queries.

Free parking is provided beside the hotel but it seems that you might need to compete with the public as no one is managing the parking lot.

Food was below average. The breakfast consists of local delicacies with some cereals. However the food was very oily. Whilst selection is limited, it is sufficient for a quick bite in the morning. It is more recommended to miss the breakfast to try the local delicacies the town has to offer.

Cleanliness can be improved. Bedsheets and pillow has sign that they were being stepped on (dirty shoe prints). Towel has signs of rust and room was a bit dusty. I was told by the cleaning staff that the laundry department might be overwhelmed during the holiday seasons.

Overall, for a quick bed and breakfast, there should be cheaper hotels elsewhere. But it's convenient location would commend the slightly higher...
