Some dishes lacked the flavor and freshness we were hoping for. For example, the Spicy Thai sauce was overly sweet, the Sweet Basil with ribs served with farfalle pasta and fresh basil pesto left a lingering aftertaste, and the lamb ribs were overly sweet, mostly fatty, and lacked the distinct taste of lamb.
On the plus side, the cappuccino was beautifully crafted and tasted great. Overall, we’d rate the food around 3 stars. Perhaps pasta may not be their specialty. The ambiance was pleasant, with attentive staff and quick service, which made for a comfortable dining experience.
During our visit, we were offered a 5% discount in exchange for a 5-star review. While I appreciate the restaurant’s interest in gathering feedback, conditioning the discount on a 5-star rating felt excessive and could mislead future customers. This might explain the high rating, which may not reflect everyone’s genuine experience.
