PERFECTION EMBODIMENT From the moment we stepped into the Royal Palm, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, exuding from its dedicated and fantastic team. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by the general manager and the front office team. The general manager and her assistant are incredible women running the resort with grace, finesse, and an uncanny eye for detail that is reflected throughout the establishment.

Their thoughtful leadership was evident everywhere, particularly in the little touches like the stunning flower bouquets that adorned the entrance and our room. Service was prompt, efficient, and imbued with a personal touch that made us feel cherished as guests. We particularly appreciated the celebration and gift pop-up boutique - a delightful surprise and testament to their attentiveness.

A special mention must be made for Jimmy, the F&B Manager, and his impeccable team. We were continuously spoiled. They provided a personalized service that catered to our every need and exceeded our expectations. Every meal was a culinary delight - the food here is top-notch gastronomy, with quality, flavor, and presentation that left us awestruck.

The resort itself is a gem - it's cozy, human-sized, and radiates an overwhelming sense of peace. This tranquility was further enhanced by the friendly and professional team at the boathouse, who enriched our stay with their service.

The lady at the hotel souvenir shop truly went the extra mile, assisting us in finding the perfect souvenirs to remember our splendid stay.

This was our first visit to the Royal Palm, but after such a fantastic experience, it most certainly will not be our last. We're looking forward to making more cherished memories at this...

Overall, this hotel is good. However, if you've traveled to destinations like the Maldives or Seychelles, you might find it disappointing. The property is small with a limited beach area, leaving little room for walking except along the 300-400 meter beachfront. The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. While the rooms, such as the Tropical Suite we stayed in, are spacious with a lovely terrace, they don't quite meet the standards of luxury; for instance, our wardrobe was placed in the bathroom. Despite the attentive staff who are always ready to assist, there seems to be a lack of follow-through. We had booked a table at the Asian restaurant, but our reservation wasn't passed on, leading to confusion upon our arrival. Additionally, simple requests like ordering coconut water at the beach took an unreasonable amount of time, with waits of up to three hours. On a positive note, the spa facilities are satisfactory. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her week-long detox program, which included morning yoga classes. Lastly, it's advisable to regularly check updates from the Meteorological Office of Mauritius, as unexpected cyclones can occur, however the hotel is well prepared for such surprises. Just forgot to add: the garden and lawn in front of the rooms are outstanding, thanks to the wet climate and professional gardeners.

UPD: we've just received our Easter egg. This was very sweet. Thank you, dear hotel staff!

UPD2: Just had a lovely chat with the Quality Assurance Manager of the hotel. What I really appreciate is their readiness to gather feedback from customers and continuously improve daily operations. Well done. A very professional management team. Wish them...

Harika! |An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay!||We visited this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it truly became an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel incredibly special. In our room, we were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a bottle of champagne, fresh fruits, and delicious small desserts – such a thoughtful and elegant gesture.||The staff were always extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. Our room had a great coffee machine with unlimited coffee capsules, and the complimentary bottled water was another lovely touch. On our second day, the hotel organized a wonderful cocktail evening where the entire staff, including the general manager, took time to personally greet and chat with each guest – a rare and delightful experience.||Dinner and breakfast were true fine dining experiences. The meals were delicious, beautifully presented, and served with great attention to detail. While the breakfast buffet didn’t include grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, arugula, peppers, avocado, oats, or whole grain bread by default, we requested them – and they were promptly brought to us, freshly prepared.||The sea was simply perfect – crystal clear and peaceful. The hotel staff also helped us organize a city tour, and when I needed a product from a pharmacy, they kindly brought it to me without charging anything or even requiring me to go myself.||All these thoughtful touches made our stay genuinely special. Words aren’t enough to describe how grateful we are. It was an exceptional holiday – highly recommended!||Many thanks to the entire team at for making our anniversary...

We stayed 6 nights in September. First of all, hospitality is remarkable. Reception staff is so welcoming. Moreover, restaurant workers are just so so much attentive, smiling and professional. I hope the hotel management notices their contribution to excellent hospitality and service. Secondly, I want to mark beautiful landscape design. Everything is immersed in greenery. It is just wonderful. Regarding the cons, I would suggest a room to improve with the ring bell on the beach. In our umbrella it didn’t work and housekeeping. The room was huge indeed and it was easy to miss some hair or dirt on the floor. So the cleaning personal might be just more attentive to attentive clients😀. P.S. Welcoming champagne is such a nice gesture after super long way and local honey as a gift to remember Mauritius trip is really making you feel cared.
