I told the service attendants if they didn't give me a refund for no service, I'd have to report it. This is mainly a hotel for women in the red light district in xxx work.
Wouldn't recommend this place, the workers here are just looking to take advantage of unfamiliar people in the area. There are plenty of other places that are more accountable for who is representing their business.
The most notorious women here is a 5ft4" brunette with a very monotone personality and basic makeup by the name "Permita", she will agree to give service to many tourists here but only to have customers scammed into paying for service time and always proceeds to walk out with their money. The desk adentants say can't do anything because payments are separate and time logged.. Honestly, they could just cross out your entry...

It's still cheap, but at 400 pesos nightly (almost $24) it's overpriced. Rooms have a strong, mildew odor.
