Mía Cancun — Hotel in Cancún

Love the Mia Cancun,

My Wife & I needed a getaway and found the Mia.

The Staff Juan Carlos ( both of you), Henry, the breakfast crew, room service/cleaning crew, & the best Life guard/beach attendant, round out a very professional staff.

We had room 406B, one of the top floor rooms., it had a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea out the windows also an awesome view of the Lagoon while sitting in the jet tub !!! The maids kept our room clean & smelling great ! 52 steps to the room made a great mini workout !

The beach was kept beautiful and the sand 'believe it or not' Never got hot !!!

The local stores & restaurants provided For the rest of our adventure. We took the bus's R1 or R2 to travel the strip (21 pesos for two) or we walked. The Police were very present both day & night. We never felt afraid to walk anywhere.

I would give this zero stars if I could someone came into our room while we were asleep and stole our cellphones tablet purses with passports and wallets. The hotel did nothing to help us. Beware!!!! There is no security and very easy access to balconies to come in your room and steal...
