My wife and I are neither rich nor famous but Pam (owner) and Oscar ( personal concierge) made us feel that way this entire week. This condo is BEAUTIFUL and the views from the balcony and rooftop are amazing. From the very first email, Pam and Oscar have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Oscar had 2 dozen long stem red roses waiting for us and he had 24 chocolate covered strawberries custom made - both these items were per our request and they were beautiful and delicious! He arranged our private transportation to and from the airport, booked our reservations for Sunset Mona Lisa, Flora Farms, Sunset sailing cruise, and our fishing excursion! We have never been so pampered on a vacation. He even took our grocery list and had everything waiting for us when we arrived. The condo is sooo close to the beach and 1.8 miles from the shops and marina. We chose to take a taxi and it cost us 8$ per trip. We loved this condo for its privacy and we especially enjoyed the hot tub on the roof with morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise. After staying here, we will NEVER stay in a hotel or resort in Cabo...this is the ONLY WAY TO VACATION! You will never be hassled by aggressive time-share people when you stay here. While the condo complex itself is nicely kept and a nice place to stay at, we found that the air quality in and around east and northeast Cabo is poor to terrible pretty much every day from around 6:30 a.m. until about 10 a.m. Visibility is reduced to perhaps 1 km (0.6 miles). There are so many dirt, sand, and gravel roads in and around Cabo, that the local traffic disturbs that material so much, that there's a thick haze over most of east and northeast Cabo, where, incidentally, many rental properties are located. It takes several hours to clear that out with wind or settlement. From our perspective, we wouldn't recommend doing any physical activities during the morning hours. Most of the locals wear face masks throughout the day to minimize inhalation of dust particles. Also, no sense keeping your windows open, as everything will be covered in a fine layer of dust and debris...every day! We cleaned our entire condo every day to manage that layer of dust and debris. You don't see anything on Tripadvisor, or elsewhere, about this issue, but it's pervasive. We wish we had known about this before arriving here for 10 weeks. Needless to say, as active people, we will not come...

We had a great staycation in this place!!! It was home away from home!!! So spacious, everyhigg no was upto the park!! The security was very undertaking and friendly!!! I missed taking pictures of the home rental we stayed but will recommend 100%. It was very close to Medona beach. 🏖️ we went to the beach around 8.00 on the mring and got bakc to the apartment at 11.00 am and pool it soo awesome and clean. Right away jumped into the pool and spend around an hour . Took a stroll near the downtown to go tot he glass bottle boat tour( dissapointed) which I have mentioned experience in my other post which we too with Envatours ( do not recommend). Night life is very crazy as heard near the downtown, Looks more like spring break place. |Apartment stay is very quiet and great. We got see fireworks as well. Could see the beach from| Our patio. They did have like a monster truck show that was happening when we left on July 13th in field front of our apartment stay. |!!OVERALL GREAT STAYCATION PLACE FOR A FAMILY.
