We are so happy to have found this wonderful restaurant! First of all, the staff are top notch. We initially met Geronimo as we stopped to look in. Fellow guests at our hotel had mentioned that they had eaten breakfast there and we happened to pass it on our way to dinner. Geronimo offered us a look at the menu and we decided we would try it the next day. We did. For breakfast and then again for dinner. Morena was our server for breakfast and we each had crepes. Both were very good. We returned to try the lobster fettuccine. Also amazing. Aldi helped us for dinner and We had their guacamole appetizer, pasta and a wonderful lemon dessert. The white wine from Argentina was delightful and well chilled. The cappuccino was wonderful. We highly recommend dining here...

We visited Colibri Holbox for breakfast with high expectations due to its super high rating. Unfortunately we had to disappoint. Continental breakfast had very small over-done bacon slices, the bread was also not up to the level as for the price we would have expected to get a local-made fresh bread. Instead, the bread felt like it was a few days old and bought from regular super market. The granola bowl was too banana-dominant and the juice they offered with breakfast was way too watery and felt like a supermarket juice. We were very happy with the booster smoothie which was very nice and had plenty of peanut butter. Overall I think there are better options nearby for breakfast and I'd rather avoid Colibri as the prices are not in correlation with the...

This place must be fairly new as it was fairly quiet despite the high ratings, but we were happy that was the case because we got to enjoy some really good food with quick and friendly service.

The waitress was really helpful, even offering to translate the menu for us if we had any issues.

The food was great. I ordered the Shakshuka and my girlfriend ordered Eggs Benedict and then we also had the Chia Pudding to share and we were both very happy with the quality of the food. We ended up spending about $25 USD for everything, which i think is a great bargain for the food quality you’re getting

We would also highly recommend the ‘Frappucino’ as they call it. Delicious...
