Must go! To be honest I didn’t think I was going to enjoy eating a torta with chilaquiles, but OMG. I’m so glad people kept telling me to go. I was also avoiding street food so I won’t get sick - so if you are a foreigner this place all good enjoy the food. I ordered the torta de milanesa con salsa verde and it was sooo good! I should have ordered one with salsa roja too, but my friend said 1 is enough. Why did I listen to him!?! The line was not bad for us, but I suspect that the soccer tournament had something to do with it and we only waited about 20mins. I’ve heard the line is way longer so plan accordingly, but you have to try at least once. I have it 4 stars because of the milanesa would have been freshly cooked it would of gotten the extra star, just a limitation of the street setup. Enjoy!

Wow, this place is incredible. I went around 11 am on a Tuesday, and there were only a few people in line and the wait was only a couple minutes. This torta is incredible!! Super filling, stuffed full with chilequiles, milanesa, beans, crema and cheese. The bread is fresh, the fillings are hot, and the whole thing is very flavourful. The green chilequiles was not very spicy. Even if you are a tourist with limited Spanish, you should still try this place. Ordering is super simple, just tell them whether you want chilequiles verdes or rojos, and whether you want chicken milanesa in it. They are super fast and efficient , friendly, and the cost is 60 pesos, which is very fair for the quality and size.

Thanks to being showcased on a Netflix food series, this place is wildly popular among the locals and tourists. Expect a line, but it moves fast as they work furiously to make hundreds of tortas everyday from 8am to 1pm. Choose from a couple different meats and red (spicy) or green (more mild) chilaquiles. The milenesa (breaded chicken cutlet) is the crowd favorite. Get your sandwich with everything - beans, cheese, and sour cream. The bread is perfect. It’s a heavy sandwich, perfect for a hangover. Cheap as heck. Cash only. There’s no seating, so take your bagged sandwich to one of the nearby parks in the Condesa neighborhood.

Just what you’d expect, wait a good while in line, (about 45 mins), then get your food very quickly when you finally get there! It’s fast, sloppy, filling and delicious ! Go hungry, cuz one will be more than enough and a bargain at 60 pesos!! Imagine an eggplant or chicken parm sub done Mexican style! Worth the wait for the experience alone. Glad we went, not sure we’d go again tho only because there are so many other options! No seating or drinks…grab something to drink at the nearby OXXO or 7/11 and find a seat in the park and chow down! Had the chicken with red and green Chilaquiles.

This is a place "you must try" because is one of the iconic Mexican flavors that you can find on this neighborhood, also from my perspective this is one of the best Chilaquil Sandwich that you can try in CdMX, the option that I suggest is the "Campechana with chicken steak" it means that will contain Red Chilaquiles, Green Chilaquiles and also a chicken Steak, when they ask "Con todo!?" You have to answer "Si!, Con todo por favor!", Enjoy and share your comments!!! You will find people from all over the world making the line or eating this delicious sandwich around the place!
