My husband and I visited CDMX to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we couldn’t recommend more! When we arrived, they surprised us with an upgraded room, free of charge. The room and bathroom were both stunning, with a balcony that overlooked a private courtyard. All of the details within the hotel are so thoughtful and everything was extremely clean. The soaps and lotions are from a local company and they smelled so incredible that we went out and purchased both from the Laguna Cyprien shop (a short walk from the hotel). There are so many great shops and restaurants within the Condesa neighborhood! The complimentary breakfast was delicious (it’s basically a 3 course meal) so that alone is worth the stay! ;-) The staff were all very friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

First time visiting Mexico City! The hotel was perfectly located in the vibrant neighborhood of Condesa, making it very convenient as you can easily walk to many popular attractions, restaurants, and parks. The room was beautifully maintained, spacious, and modern, featuring a nice little balcony with a view of the city’s skyline where you could enjoy a morning coffee. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options including tropical fruits, pastries, and traditional Mexican dishes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay in Mexico City!

I'm really glad I 'took a chance' staying at this brand new boutique hotel. The rooms were well appointed, and the shower was amazing. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and I couldn't say enough good things about the complimentary breakfast (which included pastries, juice, coffee, fruit, and a "main dish") and rooftop area it was served at. I went over my birthday, and they went out of their way to celebrate the day of, which was definitely not expected but really thoughtful. Would 100% stay here again!

Boutique Hotel Dama, located in the charming Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, is truly a hidden gem. Behind an unassuming façade lies an oasis of tranquility and refinement, perfect for travelers seeking a unique experience in this vibrant metropolis. We had the honor of being the very first guests at this newly opened hotel, and it was an experience we won't soon forget.

From the moment we entered, it was clear that great attention has been paid to every detail. The décor is stylish and elegant, with a carefully curated selection of furniture and decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooftop terrace a perfect place to start the day with a nice breakfast and a relaxing place after a day of exploration.

The staff also deserve a special mention. They were not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful, always ready to offer advice or assistance with any request. Their hospitality contributed to the hotel's homely feel.

Condesa itself is a fantastic location for a stay in Mexico City. It's a neighborhood where you can enjoy leisurely walks without being overwhelmed by mass tourism. The mix of local charm and trendy hotspots makes it an ideal place for both relaxing strolls and culinary adventures. The nearby restaurants and cafes offer a diversity of flavors and styles, catering to every taste.

All in all, our stay at Boutique Hotel Dama exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect base for a visit to Mexico City, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a combination of luxury, comfort, and local flair. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning...

My stay at Dama was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly blended modern luxury with the charming character of the neighborhood. The decor was chic and contemporary, featuring local artwork that added a unique touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I could need, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and A/C. The bathroom was a standout feature, with a luxurious rainfall shower, plush robes, and premium toiletries. The hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace where I could relax with a book or enjoy the stunning views of the city. There was also a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding with a drink. The staff at the boutique hotel were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and...

The staff is genuinely warm and personable.

Special thank you to María at the front desk for welcoming us on our first night ever in Mexico and for consistently being there to help our family.

The complimentary breakfast is a gourmet eating experience on a beautiful rooftop terrace. My coffee was so smooth and delicious that I didn't need to add any sugar or milk.

Hotel Dama design is really on point, from the marble flooring in the room, to Perch furniture, artisanal ceramics, and aromatic body care products sourced from a local CDMX company.

Central location for everything we wanted to do in Bosque de Chepultepec, 2 Metro stops from Lucha Libre arena, walking around Roma Norte, Chepultepec, and Amsterdam area.

Special thank you to housekeeping. Every day we returned from our adventures to a heavenly smelling room with a special treat or consideration for our kids from housekeeping. Thank you for taking care...
