Burritos México — Restaurant in Mexico City

To be honest I liked this place but........ More like a beer joint than restaurant and you can actually sit up at a bar. Big TVs showing football (soccer). Bartender was friendly and the beer was cold. I ordered the rib eye burrito. Now burritos aren't really Mexican at all but do not go here expecting a gringo/American burrito. It was a simple tortilla filled with the steak and cheese and that's it. No sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapenos, black beans, refried beans, shredded cheese, pico, ect.... I was actually expecting something like that for 199 pesos (over 12 bucks) and the fact it was in touristy Polanco where paying 20 bucks for tacos is accepted. The salsas were really marginal at best. Would I go back. Maybe.. Like I said I kind of enjoyed the vibe but I'd probably not indulge again...

Saw this place on the google map and really looking forward to try it out based on its reviews. The waiter is quite friendly. I ordered the land&sea burrito, it looks delicious but super salty! It definitely was a big portion. When it comes to the bill, the waiter hand written my bill but was not the same price as listed on the menu. I just can’t believe a can of coke and burrito cost $20USD. I know what you are thinking,but for the local price it’s crazy to pay this much for it. Outrageous and definitely will not recommend this place to any tourists like me. Sorry google you need to do better...

Excellent burritos and friendly, fast service. I was there in the afternoon and it was was not high occupied, so everything was fine. Only missing an English Menü to simplify ordering. Unfortunately the waitress was also not able to communicate without a translation app. But to be fair, that was explained just by entering the restaurant. As mentioned the food was tasty, the beer cold and the restaurant and restroom clean. The price level for the offered dishes and beverages are fitting the expectations to this level of restaurant...
