I booked a junior suite for 6 nights. It was really like a small 1 bedroom NY apt w an en suite bath. It was huge, super clean, modern and fresh. There is a walk in shower, nice towels and products. kitchen is full fridge and washer dryer and galley kitchen (NYC apt style). Housekeepers were super conscientious. Roof deck is a nice place to work. really perfect. The false notes are few. 1. The first false note is quite literal: there is a horrible artificial fragrance being pumped into the tiny lobby area. That cannot be healthy or pleasant for the workers and it is certainly unpleasant for the many people in the world who are allergic to fragrance, highly sensitive or have chronic lung issues. It is truly vile—so much that as much as I liked this place it might keep me from staying again. It makes one’s eyes water and causes coughing. 2. The room came with two small bottles of water—that is fine for a couple of nights, but I was there six nights. And a colleague was staying in the main room the first three nights. So we were two people. and when I asked more than once for more water I was told the policy was only two bottles. I am anti plastic as we all should be but I had to toss my one bottle after a couple of days as it didn’t fit in my purse and I couldn’t carry all night to business dinners like an idiot. I feel my request was reasonable and the response was inflexible |3. it is great to have laundry machines, but why not have laundry tablets for guests upon request a couple tablets under the sink? We had to go to the market to buy an enormous bin of laundry soap for one load. other guests may be tempted to use hotel shampoo and ruin the machines. The risk/reward ratio is way off. If you are cheap with the soap, you will pay for it many times over in machine repairs. Meanwhile the hotel is overly generous with little plastic shampoos and bath gels and needlessly replaces the towels daily, when when they were placed carefully on hooks to dry and be reused; the hotel should find cost savings and ecological measures in those areas and be more generous in the ones I named above for the comfort of guests, especially those...

--POSITIVE COMMENTS--||Bed was really comfortable, and hotel and room were modern. ||Terraza was nice. Location was excellent.||||||||--NEGATIVE COMMENTS--||ROOM WAS TINY: so small, that the closet was an open space with the fridge in it. || NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOLS: Most of the staff was NOT wearing a mask (cleaning staff, and security doorman)||* THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY - We had our Do Not Disturb sign, and they went in either way, four cleaning ladies, not even wearing a mask. Unacceptable. ||* NO A/C - The Standard room does NOT have A/C. It has a portable air unit that just makes the room damp, and a tower fan. We woke plenty of times from sweating, cause if you keep it on it’s too loud, and if you open the window, there’s noise from the street, and you can hear every room flushing their toilet, since the window faces the inside of the building. ||OVERCHARGING CURRENCY DIFFERENCE - They charged us in pesos, showing us the US dollars we saw on Booking, but we ended up paying $18 more, for the currency exchange, and when we told them about it, they were giving us excuses. || ELEVATOR BROKEN - Elevator was broken on our second day - staff told us it happens very often, because it’s old and management doesn’t want to replace it. We had to go up and down four floors each time. ||* THIN WALLS - we woke up twice during at 5am (and we are not light sleepers) from the noises of the next door’s shower, and the person shaving. ||* WIFI NOT STRONG - signal was ok bit not strong, and wifi security is weak. ||NO HANDSOAP - Shows you how they manage this hotel. No handsoap. Even 1star hotels give you handsoap. We used the small hair shampoo they provided and our hand sanitizer. || BAD VALUE FOR MONEY - We booked other hotels but ended up choosing this one for its reviews and photos. Needless to say, we regret it. Andrea the manager was kind but it is obvious this hotel is being run as a 2star hotel while charging premium for its modern touches. We didn’t stay the last night in the hotel, and found a better hotel 200 feet away, half...

Wow, what a weekend stay it was at this stunning hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the exceptional service provided by Erick, the outstanding concierge who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He greeted us warmly and effortlessly conveyed genuine hospitality that set the tone for the whole weekend.

The boutique-style amenities of the hotel were exceptional, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the rooftop terrace with its stunning views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city was another major highlight of our stay. With several restaurants and nightlife options in the immediate vicinity, we were spoilt for choice. Erick provided excellent recommendations for a nearby hotspots.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed and cannot wait to return. If you're looking for a truly memorable stay in the heart of the city, this hotel is...

Hotel is modern and looks pretty inside, but is run like a 2-star hotel. Elevator breaks frequently, hotel management charges guests different prices than what was agreed, most of the staff is NOT wearing a mask, and the Standard room is tiny and has no A/C. The closet is basically the counter space, and the room has a tower fan and a portable air unit (see PHOTOS). Not recommended - there are plenty of other hotels, with rooms double the size, with more amenities, and for a better price just around the corner from this hotel - we left before our stay was over and found a better hotel.

First of all: the location, air, acoustics, cleanliness, and staff were really great. The roof terrace was also very nice, high above the streets. I missed having some daylight and a view in my room on the first floor (there was only light from a very narrow courtyard with a view of the opposite wall). And the fitness room was very basic. Otherwise, it was really great for a stay where you primarily need a safe, clean place to sleep and are otherwise out and about in the city a lot.
