Signature Room | Restaurant Bar & Famous Rooftop — Restaurant in Nuevo León

The restaurant has an impressive setting—fancy, clean, with a great atmosphere. The real wow factor is its location on the 36th floor with stunning views of the city. Unfortunately, the food and service were a major disappointment.

I expected fresh, high-quality dishes considering the prices, but that was not the case. I ordered fried calamari, which was over-fried, I mentioned it to the waiter. For my entree, he suggested the special, chile en nogada. It was served lukewarm, with a sauce that tasted more of cream than almonds. The picanha was also overcooked.

I had made the reservation noting that we were celebrating a birthday. I specifically asked for a dessert plate with a candle, but what was suggested wasn’t to our liking. We ordered coffee with dessert, but received espresso instead, and the timing was off—the coffee came first, while the dessert arrived 20 minutes later without the birthday candle as requested. What should have been a special moment was completely mishandled.

The service overall lacked attention and care. I had to speak directly with the Captain to address the issues. They attempted to make up for it by offering a gift card, rooftop access, and a courtesy drink, but by then the experience was already ruined.

Vez que voy, pero es la primera en el restaurant (había asistido a eventos y era otra administración)….toda una experiencia desde que llegas, atención VIP desde que llegas, experiencia en vinos y bebidas, al ser certificados en carne Wagyu honestamente excelentes opciones de cortes, preparación y sabor, probamos también mariscos con la misma calidad de sabor y preparación.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Y todo esto no demerita la vista y experiencia de día…. Mucho menos de noche, en donde puedes ir a la terraza al aire libre o salir al pasillo de restaurante para gozar del clima, aire, vista y experiencia que en otros países fácilmente encuentras lugares así… y considero en San Pedro Garza García es es único sin temor a equivocarme que mereces TU, tu familia o tu ser querido o tus amigos gozar

Cabe mencionar… todo tiene un precio, el lugar, la experiencia, la vista y la comida o la música en la terraza lo vale!!!! Y vale un buen presupuesto, y merecen una buena propina tanto el valet como la atención del restaurante o de la Teraza ✅✅✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Una vez que vayas… querrás regresar 😉🤩 —- It is my 3rd time here, but the first at the restaurant ( 2 times in private events and it was under other administration)… allow me to share with you the VIP EXPERIENCE from the first moment you arrived until you leave it… expertise on wine quality and alcohol beverages, in addition it has a Wagyu certification plus the options of beef cut&preparation guarantee the flavor of it. We also try sea food prepared with the same quality and flavored it than Wagyu.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You can expect a great time gathering together with options of Wines and drinks (also no alcohol) just to spend the time, have a special family o couple celebration 😉😉😌😌🤩🤩🤩

And… all of it gourmet experience is not less than the marvelous experience of the 360o city view, either during the day or night, depend of your preferences. You can enjoy it walking around the open walk side of the restaurant or at the up yard terraza, while you are delighted by sir, view, climate and experience that you will be able to get easily in other countries and cities, but here is in San Pedro Garza García, and you can be sure it a place where you, your family or loving one deserves.

And, as you know… everything has the right price, and it has it!!! for the place, the experience, the view, the food, the music on the up yard terraza… and it worth’s ✅✅✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ladies downstairs are so nice but… that doesn’t take away from the fact I was denied entrance for wearing shorts. - I believe this should be written somewhere or give people heads up… I had gone into TikTOk to try and find a great bar to spend my money since I am on vacation… and had noticed in some video a guy wearing shorts so I didn’t think it would be an issue. BUT IT WAS - Disappointed of course… because as a tourist they need to be more transparent about their rules… I would had understood if it was a busy time… but it was Monday evening…. anyways. Even if I ever visit Monterrey again. Would probably not want to spend money on a place like this. Ps: I also must mention I was wearing luxury clothes items so it’s not like I looked like a bum. I just need to clarify that before it gets taken...
