Beautiful rooms fairly affordable located right in the middle of party central in Hotel zone . Was greeted by friendly receptionist and room server were very attentive and made me feel at home. Also there’s a precious cat that guards the facility. beach clubs are literally right next door .

We booked a room for four nights. Left the hotel after the first night because the room was smelling like a lot like mold and urine. The floor is also very dirty (specially in the toilet). Only good thing was the view from the balcony (we had the upstairs room).

I cant find the right words to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with a reservation with this place and booking.com This has been one of the most distressing experiences of my life, and |will seek legal advice.|To summarize the situation: We were informed of the cancellation of our reservation only upon arrival at the property. Booking.com failed to notify us in advance. The property owner claimed that the issue was Booking.com’s fault, while your booking.com pointed fingers at the owner. Regardless of whose fault it was, the group of five young women found themselves stranded in the middle of Mexico, with nowhere to sleep. This was especially problematic as we were nearing the end of our holiday and had no additional funds to rebook accommodation. Needless to say, we were emotionally distressed, upset, and in a highly vulnerable situation.|The owner of the property stated that although the building was under renovation, two rooms were available and fully furnished…and we reluctantly agreed to stay, as we had no other option. However, the condition of the property and the rooms was horrifying. The location was still a construction site, filled with cockroaches, rats, and filth. There was no hot water, no replacement clean sheets or towels, and the room was unsafe, with constant power outages and rain coming inside. Despite paying US$708, we were forced to endure this nightmare for our stay.|We also had to deal with construction workers outside creeping though our window from 7 a.m. each day. The stairs were a serious safety hazard, and we felt incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. Honestly be careful, this is the biggest scam ive ever experienced in my life. And pictures aren't what it looks...

Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep!||We paid $350 USD for 2 nights in this little jungle hut. The staff didn't tell us that the first night, there was a live band playing DIRECTLY under our room and the music was literally shaking the walls of our hut. That ended at 11pm, and then the regular bar music began after that, which played until approx. 4am. ||The 2nd night was worse because the bar didn't close until 6:30am. The restaurant then opens up at 8am for breakfast, and the music gets turned up in the morning, so sleeping in is also not an option.||||When we asked for a refund after the first night, we were refused, and were told by the staff to "join the party". ||||We came here to relax, not to party. For $150usd per night,I don't think that is too much to ask for. ||||All things considered, our room was clean, but it was also right next to the septic tank, so on top of not being able to sleep due to a busy bar blasting music until the early morning, we were also constantly dealing with sewage smells wafting into our room. ||||Not a pleasant experience, and for that price, we could have stayed in a quiet hotel where the staff actually care how your stay goes. ||||Would not recommend this place to anyone over the age of 20 years old, as this is clearly only a viable option for young travelers who are...
