As I Walked in, Hostesses are beautiful, dressed very professional and well presented. They had my reservation ready on time, asked if I have allergy, and walked me to my table. I didn't like the table so I asked to be moved and they accommodated that. Thank you for doing that.
Waiters: Pablo and Paul Amazing people, very detailed oriented, super informative on the menu, well presented and they guided me through the experience. I am super happy with there Excellent hospitality and service. Excellent job on that and keep up the great work.
Manager: Hiram Very respectful person, he came to my table to present my dessert and at the end once I asked for my paycheck. We had a discussion about the restaurant industry. Great hospitality.
Drinks They have great selection of Drinks , mocktails and mixology. I ordered the Smoky Moon. Taste great, but I would prefer a lychee garnish.
Food They serve this unique butter bread that taste like a Croissant with 3 different sauces that goes from mild to spicy.
I ordered the vegi Empanada , super delicious, comes with a zest sauce.
Also tried the Peruvian Ceviche. Amazing dish and taste very smooth and balanced with lemon. I recommend as a share dish.
Dessert Chocolate sphere: didn't know it was humongous, but I loved the presentation by the manager and also recommend to share.
I wanted to try more items on the menu but I was full since I was solo.
Atmosphere & Ambience High energy place, staff are walking around to make sure everything is flawless l, including mangers. The Waitresses are beautiful, well dressed and choice of dresses are Excellent. Lots of collaboration of the staff as one team to make sure that the energy and vibe stays high level with the music accordingly.
Congo player: I noticed that he was not playing the instruments and it was a musical background, which I don't mind, however I would like to see a live and talented person doing their thing.
Restrooms: clean, and well designed, great job on that.
Parking: There are none, better come with a taxi, or if you are staying in a close resort, walking is not a bad idea. Lots to see on the street with many bars, restaurants and people walking.
Price range: It is pricy but it's worth it. You will get the value of quality food and Excellent hospitality and service.

Read moreThis is one of those places where it’s important for you to know why you’re going. My wife and I headed here for an anniversary dinner because we wanted to do something a bit stereotypical tulum party, but lite.
The service here is excellent; they seem to have a 2:1 staff-to-table ratio. If we needed anything, all we had to do was turn our neck and our server was there. They’ve got the attentiveness of a fine dining restaurant: tables wiped down between courses, cutlery rearranged just so, napkins placed on your lap for you and folded on the table when you return from the restroom. I added in open table that it was our anniversary, and the hostess confirmed when we got in. For the rest of the night we were celebrated- congratulations from the staff, happy anniversary cookie on our dessert, sparklers for the dessert presentation, and complimentary sparkling wine. It makes total sense why the place is packed with bachelorette parties and group trips.
Food was decent, nothing incredible but above average. Skip the complimentary bread (dry), tortillas and salsas are fine. If you’re gonna drop $150 on a shared entree, why take up space in your stomach though? We had the Caesar- solid, a correct Caesar with anchovies and pumpernickel croutons. Then we had the surf n turf which was also pretty good. The lobster was a little over, but there was a spicy butter that mostly makes up for it. Filet mignon was fine, the potato situation was forgettable and unnecessary. The Bacán cocktail was really good, though the Catrina was too sweet. We had classic Carajillos to end the night which were perfect- if you’re an espresso martini person, do yourself a favor and level up to the carajillo. The chocolate sphere is huge, and while tasty, I wish there was more ice cream and that the hot caramel didn’t melt most of it before you could even dive in.
If you’ve ever felt like you haven’t heard enough Pitbull in your day, this is the place for you. If you’ve ever wanted to eat steak at a VIP table at the club- Rosa Negra is your spot. This is not a place you’re coming to cheap out- you’re here to have a silly lil time and...
