Casa Tulita Valladolid — Hotel in Valladolid

I planned 4 nights in this house with 4 rooms. We were 2 families of adults planning to spend time together in the house in the common part of it. FALSE PRETENSE: The pictures on the website and on google map made me think it was a very warm and cozy place. Unfortunately the pictures don’t reflect the reality. KITCHEN: no real stove, no oven, no cabinets with enough plates to the number of persons. There is a camping stove but I would not recommend to use it. This is NOT a kitchen. There are 6 chairs if you want to eat there. This is NOT a welcome and cozy environment, this is a dormitory! AC: It says AC but there was no AC in the common area, only very light AC in the bedrooms. There was AC in the upstairs room but the windows are not sealed letting warm or cold air go through, as well as insects and anything else really. Noisy and limited outdoor lights: The house is on a very busy street intersection with limited isolation from noise. Some windows don’t have glass but instead plywood that can or can’t be opened, which means there’s no natural light in the room. The best example is the room downstairs with the king bed, the window has 2 pieces of plywood and the door to the patio is boarded up as well. The patio door can be opened but that area is disgusting. The image on booking looks great but in reality it’s a pile of dirt, rocks, and trash with chairs haphazardly placed in the area. Unhealthy environment: The worst was finding mold on the ceilings of each bedroom and bathroom, which is a health hazard for any kind of living environment and can affect those with asthma, which some people within my group have. Owner- Javier - doesn’t take any responsibility. Keep saying what’s on booking is correct and if we are not happy we should call booking. Booking took my complaint but then asked me if I contacted the owner. No-one is taking responsibility for a house that should not be in any listing especially with pictures not reflecting reality. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The owner is not going to help you have a good time. DO NOT TRUST THE AMAZING PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE...

Pésimo servicio. Nos presionaron para la llegada por qué la encargada tenía una cita y necesitaba dejar las llaves para poder irse. Él vaso del baño a un tenía residuos muy desagradables de que alguien lo uso para lavarse los dientes y por supuesto ni siquiera lo lavaron. Las puertas rechinan y todo de escucha de cada habitación. No hay agua caliente y comentaron otros huéspedes no tenían agua caliente desde antes. Llamamos para pedir información del agua caliente y su justificación fue decís que debía de tener agua caliente sin hacer una mínima ayuda. Por supuesto que no recomiendo este lugar. Ho y la cocina no cuenta con destapa corchos. Tampoco se molestaron por ir por la llave. Solo llamaron para saber a qué hora nos retiramos y que las dejemos...

Logement à éviter !! Danger pour votre santé, des moisissures partout dans les chambres et salles de bains, la cuisine est très mal équipée avec seulement deux plaques électriques !! Pas de table a manger et de pieces de vie!! le logement etait annoncé pour 18 couchages, et à peine 8 chaises !!nous sommes une familles de 9 personnes !! Pas d eau chaude dans les douches, nous sommes tres déçu du logement et du propriétaire.... nous avons changé de logement le jour même, aucun geste commercial de la part de booking et du propriétaire, je ne comprends pas que ce logement...
