Hotel Park Suites & Spa — Hotel in arrondissement de Sidi Belyout مقاطعة سيدي بليوط

Before choosing this hotel, I had to do my research about the area and look for a hotel that will fit my needs. I read reviews about all hotels in Casablanca on booking and TripAdvisor. My choice was between Sofitel, Barcelo Anfa and Park Suites. I know that you can not compare between the three specially the two first are 5 stars and the third is 4 stars, but let me tell you why I chose Park Suites: 1- The executive suite was convenient for me because I am traveling with my 6 year old son. While I found only small rooms available in other hotels. 2- in the middle of Casablanca (closer to all shops) 3- Breakfast is included. 4- Lastly, the price ( $90 Vs $134).

The checking was very smooth and the service was amazing. Everyone offers genuine help. The suites was spotless (fridge, microwave and a stove). The best part is the balcony (spacious and beautiful). My son had plenty for space to play with his Lego. Breakfast was really good and that’s all I asked for. (Coffee, tea, msemen, baghrir, cheese sandwiches, pancakes, croissants and much more). Moreover, we met the owner at the front desk and he was super nice. Honestly, the reviews do not do this hotel justice and based on my experience staying here for my third nights, I would highly recommend it. Spacious with a kitchenette but obviously not meant to be cooked in.' Surface clean' only. I wiped some water up with a tissue on the bathroom floor and it was filthy!||Deck furniture was so dirty we could not sit on it. They did send someone to clean it but it was still not suitable to sit on.||The T.V. would not work, so they sent a technition who discovered it was disconnected at the back and it had to be toally dismantelled, left with parts but did get the T.V. up and running.||Staff very helpfull and pleasant.||The bar and Cafe is really not a place to eat, our pasta was tasteless and stuck together, the server never came back! Our laments were met with true concern.||The physical location of the Hotel is on a one-way street that is so crowded one needs to walk very carefully by the cars and the stench of garbage...

Me hospede junto a varios compañeros de trabajo por unos 30 días. ||||El hotel se encuentra a escasos 30 metros de la estación de Tram y a una distancia caminable de la medina.||||El desayuno es tipo buffet variado, con frutas, budines, omelets, facturas, café, te de menta, etc.||||Durante los primeros 10 días de estadía hubieron problemas con el agua caliente: entre las 7am y 9am no había presión, y al estar mi habitación en un piso alto, simplemente no salía agua caliente. Luego de reportar a recepción 3 días y al dueño del hotel, me cambiaron de habitación. A algunos de mis compañeros, los problemas le continuaron unos días más. El dueño indicó que se trataba un problema de la municipalidad, y finalmente que instalaron una nueva bomba en el hotel, luego de lo cual el problema se solucionó por completo.||||Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos, al igual que las camas. Tienen una pequeña cocina, desprovista en cuanto a elementos para utilizar pero que se pueden solicitar a recepción según hagan falta.||Algunos de mis compañeros tuvieron una habitación oscura, al tener una ventana falsa que no daba al exterior, sino a un pasillo interno. ||||Tuve que solicitar perchas adicionales debido a la cantidad de ropa a colgar, las cuales entregaron rapidamente y sin problemas. En la primer habitación que tuve, la ducha/bañera no tenía cortina, por lo que el baño quedaba un poco salpicado.||||Los cuartos están equipados con TVs LED de unas 40 pulgadas. Sin embargo quienes no son de Marruecos, deben tener en cuenta que la TV es satélital de canales libres (no tiene abono) por lo cual la oferta de canales es principalmente de idioma árabe ó francesa, salvo algunas excepciones de canales en inglés (que recuerde, BBC News y FOX).||||Tanto personal de recepción, botones, y el dueño del hotel siempre se mostraron dispuestos a ayudar con las distintas consultas y demandas que tuvimos durante la estadía.||||Durante días de partido de fútbol (son muy entusiastas de la Liga de España), concurren a verlo al restaurant/bar del hotel. El lugar es un espacio cerrado donde está permitido fumar...
