Lovely riad, clean, well maintained, good breakfast , good size room and good shower. ||Above all, the staff were exceptional. Tarik and all the other staff members work very hard, friendly, professional and very helpful. We are very grateful for all the staff for their hard work and support you gave us while we were there. Thank you.||We highly recommend informing the guests where the lights are located for the stairs, especially on the way up the very bottom stair case.||The room lighting could be improved by removing the light shades and adding brighter light bulbs as it is very dark and insufficient lighting.||Shower room needs a shower curtain to prevent water seeping to the bathroom floor.||Locating the riad is extremely challenging for us due to the Fes medina's over 9,000 alleyways. When we leave the Riad each time we found it very difficult to get back to the riad. We asked directions from some of the shop keepers who were very helpful as the Wi-Fi signal was weak. However, there are number of people approached us to provide directions at a cost but we refused politely. Quite a number of people also said the roads were closed which was false.||Each time we called the riad and one of the staff member's picked us up at a close by location to our great relief. We are extremely grateful for this. |We would recommend a map showing how to find the riad (digital copy) to be provided to guests which should help both the guests...

Read moreWe arrived on a late flight so booked a car transfer. Tariq met us and led us for about 5 minutes through windy streets to get to the riad. Would have been difficult to find without a guide initially. ||Room was small with low ceilings but with a super comfy bed. It was initially quite noisy as the windows overlook the main courtyard. Powerful shower. Went up to the rooftop the next morning and wow, what a view. Breathtaking. ||Breakfast was served at 8:30 am so quite late for European standards and was very heavy on the carbs. It would’ve been nice to have had some fruit or yoghurt. ||Would book again – just...
