medina-in Auberge — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Perfect location outside the medina, the room was ok and clean. But i had bad experience at check inn

☹️ Bad experience When i arrived for check inn at 10 PM, i had book 2 weeks in advance for 3 nights, and also prepaid on booking.com, they didnt have my name on their papers( no computer to see booking) and told me they did not have room available, after arguing and the reception guy call somebody they finaly gave me a room, saying they will put other guests in other hotel. As i read the reviews on booking and also on google, it seems like its not the first time it happens, i dont know why they do that but because of this i dont recommend this hotel. I stayed in hundreds of hotels in over 30 countries and that was the first time it happens to me. Not a good start to my trip in Morocco. Stay away from this...

The worst service I ve ever seen. The girl working there is not respectful. She keeps on playing music which won't make you feel calm at all and all the time she talks and laughing loud on her phone. Plus, you can only stay one night no more which will cause you to go on street again to find a new place to stay...

It was a good experiencie, really confortable and the most important for me, the reception was perfect, thanks for all the helping.
