You know, it's often the food that gets the spotlight in a restaurant review, but I just have to take a moment to highlight an exceptional team member who made our recent visit truly memorable. I'd like to give a glowing commendation to Hassan, who served as our server at "Fine Mama restaurant" From the moment we were seated, his professionalism was evident. He greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and maintained a perfectly balanced demeanor throughout the meal—attentive without being intrusive, and always present exactly when we needed him. What truly set Hassan apart was his exceptional knowledge of the menu. He wasn't just reciting specials; he provided insightful recommendations based on our stated preferences, pairing that we would never have considered. His confidence and expertise made us feel we were in capable hands. Furthermore, he situational awareness was impressive. He noticed one of our guests had a slight spill and was at the table instantly with extra napkins, handling the situation with discreet efficiency and a reassuring attitude that prevented any embarrassment. It's this level of proactive care that transforms a simple dinner into an outstanding experience. Hassan is a tremendous asset to your establishment. He embodies the highest standards of hospitality, and it's clear he takes genuine pride in his work. He was the defining factor in what was already a great meal, and he is the primary reason we are already planning our return. Please recognize him for his outstanding contribution to your...
Read moreTotal rip off. This restaurant advertises gluten free food but they don’t know what gluten free is. I asked in three different languages (english, french and spanish) what could be done gluten free and the waiter didn’t understand. The menu stated it had semoule galettes (buckwheat) which is GF so I ordered that. I waited for 30 mins and then the waiter came and said they couldn’t make the galette. I asked what else I could eat, and he went back to the kitchen and they gave me just a round of harcha, which is made out of couscous which is not gluten free. I said I couldn’t eat it and asked for my bill to pay for my espresso and orange juice. They then tried to make me pay for the breakfast I never got and the round of harcha. I tried explaining that I can’t eat wheat or gluten and they continued to fight me on it. Finally, I took out the epipen from my purse and said if I ate the bread they gave me I would be hospitalized or dead. They stopped arguing with me, but upped the price of my orange juice and espresso to 19dh each instead of the price listed on the menu, so I ended up paying the same 38dh that I would have anyways if I paid for the breakfast that I couldn’t eat. This was so disappointing and you cannot advertise gluten free food if you do not have it or know what gluten free means. You can cause a fatal allergic reaction to someone like me with Celiacs Disease and an anaphylaxis allergy to wheat. I’m lucky my trip here didn’t end with me in...
Read more10/10 on everything!! i’m writing the review as i’m still sitting here because everything was THAT good!! we arrived at around 7:30pm on a thursday night and we sat immediately, shortly after the “rush” started and more people rolled in but the place didn’t get too hectic. the food was phenomenal, everything was hot and fresh and flavorful! my friend and i got the happy forest iced tea and it was delicious and refreshing on a hot day like today. the service was great, we had a few questions and our waiter, Mouad, was extremely helpful and friendly. we had so much trouble choosing what to eat because everything sounded so good but we ended up getting the “le kefta” wrap and it truly hit the spot. we also got the hummus and falafel appetizer which was amazing. the ambiance was great as well, everything was very clean and it’s a pretty spot to eat a delicious and affordable dinner. we sat inside and it was nice and cool because of air conditioning and they had wifi. with 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 wraps (which came with fries) our total was 275MAD which is about $15 a person! once again 10/10 on everything and we’ll definitely be returning to try some of the breakfast food, coffee,...
