I had the worst experience with this hotel: • the price of the hotel on Booking and other booking sites were all 400 dirhams, but I was deducted 500 dirhams. • The pool is small and very polluted. • We couldn't find towels, soap and toilet paper. • The bathroom has a short door and therefore all the bad smells reach the room • The doors are all broken • The worst thing is that the air conditioner does not work, and Marrakesh is known for its high temperature • For those who want to sleep, I do not recommend this hotel because it is close to the Jemaa El Fna restaurants, which close after three in the evening. So there is a lot of noise

Dodgy doss house offering over priced drinks of questionable quality to tourists. We went on an iffy recommendation - I'm looking at you, BlondieAbroad, or whatever you call yourself. Horrible dump. The wine seemed value at 200 a bottle, only the "bottle" is only 37cl," but it is a bottle sir." Not only that, it was 10 years out of date. Avoid. I'm only giving a 2 for service because the poor waiter was only doing his job and couldn't explain the dare on the wine (see photo). There are much, much better places to go for a rooftop view and sunset. If the thugs on the door don't put you off, hopefully, this will. Avoid

I didn't stay in this hotel but I visited the rooftop restaurant and the bar on the ground floor on two evenings, as it is one of the few places in the Old Town where you can drink alcohol. The restaurant looks decent, especially in the twilight. The staff is very friendly. The bar on the ground floor, however, looks like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years. It looks like a bar in a poor provincial village. Dirty armchairs, skinned and cigarette-burnt tables, an 80s feeling. Quite a few shady individuals (but they didn't cause any problems). Anyway, not the nicest place.

BLAND FOOD AND OVERPRICED This was the worst and most expensive meal we had in Marrakech. It was a set menu of 180dh per person. The food tasted as though there was no seasoning, not even salt. My husband and I stopped here because our day tour guide took us and should have walked out as soon as we walked in because it looked like a tourist trap.

The salad items before the meal were okay. When our food arrived there is no other word to describe how it looked but sad. The portions were small, overcooked, and relatively tasteless. We sat on the upper floor which was a mistake because it was no man's land. We were there for close to an hour and a half. Towards the end we finally got tired of waiting. No one had come by to check on us or bring out our fruit for dessert so we asked for the bill. Time passed, no bill. We got up to try to find someone else to help us and were told to have a seat. More time passed and we got up a second time. Again we're told to have a seat. Finally on the third try we got helped. We let the server doing our bill know they did not bring us dessert but it was lost in translation. When they finally took us somewhere to pay, we let the staff member know we were out of time and did not get dessert and if they could discount our bill because we needed to leave.

Instead of simply discounting the cost of the items we didn't receive he started yelling at us that we would pay and wanted us to sit for dessert. Again we told him multiple times we had to leave, we had another tour. Finally we agreed to pay the full amount and that he would pack our dessert to go. Mostly because my husband just gave him our card.

While we were there we stressed that we were vegan, no meat, no, eggs, no butter. Nothing from an animal. We even pulled up google translate to show them on our phone so there was mistake. When we got home and opened our dessert what did we find? Cream covered fruit over a pastry that is made with butter!

To recap it was bland, the food was overcooked, the service was nonexistent, the staff member we paid was rude and confrontational, they fed us food we stressed at the beginning that we did not eat and were told we could be accommodated BEFORE ordering. DO...

I cannot speak to the rooms at the hotel, but this was the place where we were meeting for a tour. We arrived early and the desk person recommended the hotel restaurant. We entered for lunch and found that they only offered a meal of the day. We asked if we could order something else, as the lunch was $20 per person and we were not particularly hungry. We had already ordered a water for $4 and Coke for about the same. When we declined the lunch "special" the waiter informed us, in no uncertain terms, that "this is a restaurant" and we would have to go to the smoke filled bar area. I might say that a similar meal in more pleasant surroundings can be had in the area for $4 to $6. I told the man, as he pointed towards the bar area that had he been kinder I would have paid him extra for any misunderstanding, but the rude and disrespectful way we were treated prohibited a gratuity. I hope this experience is not reflective of the condition and treatment one would receive as a hotel guest, but I felt it important to share my first impression of the place. This hotel is in a chaotic, but central location and might be suitable for those wishing that type of experience, but there seem to be far better options in the area, with better service and more...

Location is very central which makes it easy to access all the local markets & restaurants but is also very noisy and chaotic so it depends what your looking for. That was the only positive for this hotel, the rooms were the worst I've ever seen from a hotel, they were very poorly maintained with many issues. During the 5 nights we stayed there we had 4 different rooms due to being offered a new room everytime there was an issue. Issues included toilet leaking water and flooding out bathroom/bedroom, broken front door lock, no hot water, broken/missing window handles so had to leave them open, none of the air con units worked on any of the rooms, most had no doors to bathrooms or shower heads that had no mount, exposed wires in electric sockets that would spark and lights that would only alight went knocked. No towels or soap provided which we had to request each time. No cleaning of rooms during the stay only when we left. Everything was very dirty including sheets, bedding, floors and bath/showers. Only stay as a...
