Avoid. Pardon the foot pic but want to warn others. Asked up front if they would take payment by credit card for a massage and pedicure and was told it was fine. Massage was rather awkward with the massage therapist walking in and out frequently and door never fully closed. Pedicure was a nightmare. Should've walked out as soon as I saw the setup: random room with a regular chair, nothing appeared to be cleaned, and pedicurist butchered my nails - I'm not even sure how she cut so deep and crooked but I'm afraid she's damaged my nail bed and I'll end up with ingrowns and/or fungus from the unsanitary tools she used. The one thing I'll say is she put in a lot of elbow grease to smooth out my calloused feet but again, not worth the risk of infection in hindsight. Not only the very unprofessional personnel managed to produce a large bruise on my inner upper thigh by incorrectly pulling the waxed strip but also they started yelling at me when I complained and asked for not paying the full price After being screamed at by two of the personnel performing the waxing and being ignored both by the SPA management and the Mabrouk Hotel management when I asked them for help with the language for clarifying the situation, I decided to leave without paying

When she was doing massages she was talk to another girl. While she was doing massages my bed was moving all over. Between my massage I think she was using phone and texting someone.
