Riad l'Oiseau du Paradis — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

This is probably the most memorable hospitality experience of my life, and I travel a lot, both for work and leisure, stayed at hundreds of places. The riad is a true corner of paradise, not just because it looks straight out of a Arabian dream, but because you feel welcomed and straight at home every moment you spend here. Every member of the staff is the upmost professional and accommodating, taking care of every question and request we had with a genuine smile, they really make you feel your needs and friendship are at their top priority. They went above and beyond for our 5 days stay, it really felt like leave friends home when we finally departed. The transfer service from and to airport they arrange was top notch, the food they offer for breakfast was varied and delicious. We had 2 dinners there too, the menu is traditional and very very tasty, the beef with prunes was so delicious we had to order it again! The location is also incredibly convenient, tucked in a quiet residential corner just besides the souk. Of course we will choose this place anytime we come back...

We had the most amazing stay at Riad L'oiseau du Paradis. The hotel is very beautiful with the garden in the middle and the rooms around it. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom is big so you can be in there with two at the same time. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful and they are all great people that make you feel so welcome. The breakfast was great. There was fresh baking every day and everything was delicious. The hotel is super well taken care of and everything is kept really clean.

A special thank you from us goes to Hamza and Ayoub. Hamza was there when we arrived and immediately made us feel like we were at home. He is super knowledgeable and told us a lot about what to do in the city. He also helped us book a really nice day trip. Ayoub is one of the kindest and friendliest people we've ever met. He made us tea every night when we came home to the Riad and even made us a big breakfast bag when we had to leave for the airport at 4am. Both of them made our stay better and we are...

We had a wonderful stay! From the welcome to the goodbye everything felt tranquil and true to the name paradise. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Like there was a silent agreement between all guests to enjoy the calm oasis within this buzzing city. On arrival we were served Morrocan tea and given a map with a thorough explanation of how to get around, what to consider visiting, what to be aware of and tips in general. The staff were always up for a chat and helped us several times with questions. They even hooked us up with a tour for a great price. The breakfast is always the same, sweet, sweet and sweet, but this is the case for all Riads we stayed at. They are aware of celiac disease and provided us with glutenfree bread, which was too lovely. Dinner is also recommended, especially on arrival it's much more comfortable than to search around the busy streets. Our room was beautiful and super clean. We had a radiator, which was much needed, since it gets cold in the night (February). A great stay! Hope we'll come by...
