My stay exceeded my expectations! Before I even arrived, I communicated with Ghizlane by email. She went above and beyond arranging my airport transfers and spa appointments. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Ghizlane, Marouane, and Ilyas all made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They are exceptional!! They ensured my every need was met, from helping plan excursions to offering tips about the best local spots. Each interaction was a reminder of how much pride they take in creating a memorable experience for their guests. Staying here felt like being part of a family, with every detail considered and every comfort provided. I had the privilege of meeting the owner (I didn’t realize she was the owner until later in my stay). Ghita was so lovely and kind. She personally picked me up from their sister property (I was at their spa – which I highly recommend!) in her own car and drove me back to the riad! It’s rare to experience this level of genuine care and thoughtfulness, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. An unforgettable stay at this hidden gem in Marrakech!||From the moment we arrived at the riad, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and Moroccan hospitality. Tucked away in the heart of the Medina, the riad was a peaceful escape from the lively streets, beautifully decorated, and filled with traditional charm.||The staff, led by Ghizlane, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering mint tea on arrival, giving us tips for getting around the city, and helping us organize excursions. The rooms were spotless, with lovely traditional touches and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace was the highlight—perfect for sunrise breakfasts and evening relaxation under the stars.||Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh fruit, Moroccan pancakes, and local pastries each morning.
