We have just returned from an amazing four night stay at Riad Kheirredine and can't speak highly enough about this place and the team who run it but I will try to explain how good it is in my review.||If this Riad is in your price range or list of places to stay in Marrakech then my advice would be stop looking any further and just book to stay here.||The Riad itself is absolutely stunning and the rooms are beautiful. The three pools here cover all bases. If you want to sun bathe then the roof is stunning with so many beds and you'll have the sun all day. If it is too hot, then you can sit in the shaded courtyard which also has a pool. The third pool is in the spa and looked really nice.||The food and drink here is really good. The breakfasts are fantastic and there is so much choice. You get a bread platter, a fruit platter, a plate of pastries/cakes and a selection of jams. This comes with a jug of fresh orange juice, water and amazing coffee! This is just the first course as you then can order anything from the menu for seconds like eggs or yogurt etc.||The way the team run this Riad is incredible and the level of service they offer is the best I have ever experienced. They manage to find the perfect balance of being there for your every need but not overwhelming you. It feels completely authentic and not forced. When you arrive, you are given a smart phone which means you have the internet wherever you go which is really helpful. It is pre loaded with a couple of mobile numbers that the Riad monitor for when you need taxis or picking up from where ever you are. If you are near a road, they send a taxi. If not, they send a tuk tuk. It works so well and takes a lot of the stress away trying to get back to the Riad or trying to get a taxi. I could list so many things the team do at this Riad which makes the stay extra special but one of the things that stood out for us is the fact when you text them and ask for a taxi so we can come back to the Riad, they make sure the aircon in your room is on so it is cool for when you return. I've never seen this before and it is such a nice touch but that's only one of many things they do like this. They also do your laundry on a daily basis at no extra cost which is so helpful!||The staff walk you to and from the souks or various meeting points within the medina if you need them to. We never needed this as we found the walks interesting and managed to remember our way back to the Riad. The Riad is about a 10 minute walk to the souks and a 20 minute walk to the square. Tea/coffee, fresh lemonade and water are free in the Riad which is really good. When you return to the Riad to relax, someone will appear at just the right time with a tray of fresh lemonade and various snacks for you. If you want alcohol, the beer and cocktails are really good. We loved sitting at the rooftop bar on the evening with a beer looking over Marrakech.||Such an amazing place to stay and I can't recommend it enough.||Thank you Riad...

During our recent trip to Marrakech, we stayed at Riad Kheirredine, and what impressed us most was the hospitality shown by the entire team. The warmth, smiles, respect, and kindness we received made this stay truly memorable.
We visited Marrakech for a short trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. The welcome was exceptional, starting from the moment we arrived. The riad arranged for someone to meet us at the entrance of the souk with a cart to help us with our luggage all the way to the hotel. The check-in process was equally outstanding. Jana greeted us with tea and biscuits while handling the paperwork. She then took the time to ask if there was a special reason for our visit and if we needed help booking any activities—which she arranged flawlessly, with great precision.
After checking in, Jana gave us a tour of the riad, explaining all the amenities and what was included in our stay. This was our first experience staying at a riad, but it felt like stepping into the fairy tale of "One Thousand and One Nights." The inner courtyards were immaculately maintained and decorated in the finest detail. Everywhere you turned, there were sitting rooms filled with fresh, ready-to-eat fruit—the flavor of which was so rich and delicious, something we seldom find in Europe. The rooftop terrace was filled with cozy beds, cushions, and curtains, providing a perfect place to relax.
Our room was cleaned every morning, and in the evening, they returned to prepare the bed for the night, placing our slippers beside the bed. On the second day, we found the room decorated for my wife's birthday, with "Happy Birthday" messages, balloons, and the bed covered in rose petals.
Breakfast was available wherever we wanted—in the restaurant on the ground floor, in our room, or on the terrace—where we could enjoy the wonderful sunrise on one side and see hot air balloons filling the sky on the other. They even gave us a phone with a Moroccan SIM card, which we could use for tethering to the internet, or to call the hotel for anything we needed. If you get lost in the souk, you can simply send them a photo of your location, and they will send someone to escort you back at any time.
The entire staff was incredible, and I would like to express my gratitude to all of them. I may not remember every name, but I do want to highlight a few: Jana, who is the embodiment of perfection in hospitality—attentive, precise, and always available. Abdullah, the waiter who made us feel like royalty with his elegance and kindness. Amine, who showed us the winding paths of the souk with a calm and friendly demeanor.
At the riad's restaurant, we enjoyed an exquisite Moroccan dinner, and we also experienced a very relaxing four-hand hammam treatment.
This was not just another trip; it was an experience that will stay in our hearts forever. It was truly unique and has left us...
Read moreRiad Kheirredine is just stunning, beautifully designed, elegantly decorated, with superb food and exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty.||Our flight was late on the first night so we dined at the riad, and it turned out to be one of the best meals of the trip. The dining room, with its vaulted ceiling and palm-filled courtyard, set the tone: delicious food in beautiful surroundings. Breakfasts were equally impressive; fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey, crepes, Moroccan pancakes, eggs any way you like, cold cuts, coffee, juices and heavenly pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, danish, all freshly baked). I'm not normally a breakfast person, but here I ate like a king every day. Snacks by the pool and light lunches were good too, and you could eat anywhere you fancied; rooftop, courtyards, or room.||The property is set around four riads, full of hidden corners for eating, lounging or sunning yourself. It feels authentic without being a pastiche, elegant but understated. We stayed in the Patchouli Room; spacious, high-ceilinged, with carved plasterwork, a giant divan sofa in the moucharaby overlooking a courtyard, and a large king size bed which was incredibly comfortable.||As wonderful as the riad is, it’s the staff who really make it unforgettable. Warm, attentive, never intrusive; nothing was ever too much trouble and always done with a smile. From front of house to housekeeping, the spa and kitchen, everyone was a joy. Special mention to Elena at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and great fun too.||There was nothing I didn’t like, but people should be aware that the location in the medina naturally means finding your way through a maze of tiny alleys and dead ends. We’ve been to Marrakech before so we knew what to expect, but for first-timers it can be a bit of a shock. That said, it’s very safe to walk around the medina at any time of day. The hotel provides maps and even a mobile phone so you can call staff to come meet you if you’re lost (and you will get lost!). Give it a couple of days and you’ll find your bearings; getting a little lost is part of the charm! ||As with most riads in the medina there are no lifts so it’s not really suitable for those with mobility issues.||I’m a little torn writing this, because while I want to recommend Riad Kheirredine wholeheartedly, part of me wants to keep it a secret so there’s still space when we return… which we absolutely...
