We’ve been travelling for 5 weeks and this experience has stayed with me through the trip. We visited this restaurant upon the recommendation of our Riad. Upon entrance it’s dreamy and beautiful and we were excited to be there. The food was okay, not great. We ordered tajin, a pasta for our kid and gnocchi. I can’t say that the servers were the friendliest but what I found extremely upsetting was the owners/managers would treat certain guests with an extreme level of graciousness as the rest of us was left unattended to. Half way through the meal we found a hair in our pasta but we didn’t wish to create a scene put it aside and alerted the waitstaff. They apologised but still charged for this meal. I’m of the firm opinion that one shouldn’t have to kick and scream for an establishment do what’s right and for a restaurant to have hair in food, it’s unacceptable -we shouldn’t have to ask. We paid we left, but it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. To pay to be made to feel of less significant then other patrons. Perhaps the two gentlemen that we’re running the show could have attended to our table and simply apologised, it’s not about the money it was about principle. It was a distasteful evening.

Just finished a lovely early dinner here as we have travel plans tomorrow after being recommended. It was a lovely meal - the food was outstanding and the vibe was lovely and quiet. However, I felt judged by the main waiter and I'm not sure why. And then when we asked for a sprite later on, you could see between three staff members they were all delegating between each other who would come over. It was 5 metres away. We had for starters: - eggplant parmigiana - Pastilla Mains: - ravioli - calzone Desserts: - 2 lemon sorbets. I recommend all of these foods but the size of ravioli is massively different to the size of the calzone, please be aware of this. The Pastilla was the best one I've had in all of Morocco. The toilets were literally a work of art - which is usually a dirty afterthought in most places. While we left a 10% tip it is not demanded at this place and you're not pressured to do so. I'd come back again but maybe when it's a busier and I'd dress differently, maybe I'd be treated slightly differently.

Went here with a group of 7. Was a nice experience at first with complimentary bread and a little fried starter. The atmosphere is of course lovely no denying the that. Our group ordered the camel burger, the tortolini, the bolognese, the gnocci, the royal beef tagine, the lasagne and some starters. The gnocci and tortolini were absolutely terrible. Completely flavorless and poorly cooked. The camel burger was interesting but there is probably a reason it isn't served anywhere. It had little flavor and came with fries which were pretty much raw inside. I love burgers but this one was no good. I didn't try the lasagne but I heard it was good. I also tried the bolognese and it was even more undercooked than el dente is. Also minimal flavor. The tagine was good but I would expect that. The stars exist for the fact that you can get a glass of wine or a beer but that's where the experimentation should end. Careful about the food here it is not as good as the atmosphere makes you feel.

My recent visit to Limoni di Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked in, the warm embrace of hospitality transported me to a world where culinary artistry meets genuine kindness.

Service: 5/5 The service at Limoni is unparalleled. The staff's genuine passion for the menu shone through as they guided me through a culinary adventure. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor made the evening feel like a celebration of flavors and friendship.

Kindness: 5/5 Limoni is not just a restaurant; it's a haven of kindness. Every member of the team radiated warmth, making me feel like an honored guest. The genuine care they extend to each diner adds an extra layer of joy to the dining experience.

Pasta alla Carbonara: 5/5 Being a devoted fan of Italian cuisine, I couldn't resist trying the Pasta alla Carbonara. To say it was a revelation would be an understatement. The dish was a symphony of flavors, with the perfect al dente pasta and a creamy richness that spoke volumes about the chef's dedication to culinary excellence.

Ambiance: 5/5 The ambiance at Limoni strikes a beautiful balance between Moroccan charm and contemporary elegance. While the vibrant atmosphere created a lively backdrop, a touch of softer lighting could add an extra layer of intimacy to the experience.

In summary, Limoni di Marrakesh is not just a restaurant; it's a heartfelt culinary journey. For those seeking a perfect blend of exceptional service, genuine kindness, and culinary brilliance, this hidden gem is...

What a shameful experience — and sadly, it wasn’t because of the food, but the treatment we received. We waited around 45 minutes just for basic items like bruschetta and insalata caprese, despite the restaurant being nearly empty (only one other table was occupied). Every time we politely asked the staff about the status of our order, we were met with poor attitudes and dismissive responses.

What made the situation worse was the response from the owners. Instead of simply apologizing and acknowledging the delay — a simple "we apologize, your food is on the way" would have sufficed, they accused us of lying when we provided honest feedback on a previews google review. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this behavior unacceptable and I wouldn’t even have to be in this field to recognize such rude behavior. Challenging a customer’s experience rather than taking responsibility shows a complete lack of professionalism.

The fact remains: the staff was rude, the food took 45 minutes to arrive, and management refused to own up to it. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
