Hotel Krishna Kathmandu — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

If you’re searching for a standard & comfy hotel near airport, look no further. This is one of the newer airport hotels which took me by surprise. I had booked a single king- sized bed room(Rs. 3500) and left with excellent experience. The room itself was very clean and had various appliances(they even had hair dryer!!), modern styled bathroom with hot water and comfortable bed. I had to book a room in the last minute with another hotel cancelling my reservation but Krishna hotel didn’t disappoint. Their service is top notch. The food is not extraordinary for its price, but if you’re willing to pay, the portion is quite generous and the food overall tastes okay-ish. The only negative critique would be the food prep time; but I gave it a pass since they were low on staff during lockdown. I mean they went an extra mile and offered me a complimentary breakfast that consisted of Bread & butter + jam, with sausages and omelette AND coffee so I really have no complaints on the food or service. The receptionist was very helpful at every step; he even managed a emergency ride for me to the hospital and airport during lockdown. This is the worth hotel i experience in my life their staff are very rude mannerless they dont know what is hospitality They behave guest like criminal the story was i was ther on 14 December we check in then just after 5 minutes our another friend arrived , they ask the id its fine but they start telling that they cant allow 3 people in one room then they start telling rudly that we have to take another room also so we told them we will leave the hotel if we have to take 2 room for 3 people then they lock the gate and capture my baggade and loggage i ask to talk with manager but no one was there they call the police we deal with police police understand us but the man who was talking me in phone telling himself as manger was very rude he told his staff to lock the gate and capture our luggage This hotel is not a safe so please i will like to tell all the people dont go there they did not respect you they will lock you inside hotel if you are not happy with service DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEIR ALL STAFF ,MANAGER ARE MANNERLESS .HOW CAN THEY LOCK THE GATE AND CAPTURE THE...

@ Cleanliness: The cleanliness was average. Rooms were generally tidy, but there’s still room for improvement in bathroom upkeep, carpets and daily housekeeping.

@ Restaurant: The food at the restaurant was delicious and hygienic. A good mix of Nepali and international options at fair prices.

@ Waiter Service: The waiter(Roman Magar) was polite, attentive, and served with a good attitude. He made the dining experience pleasant.

@ Receptionist: The receptionist(Anusha and evening shift gentleman) was very welcoming and professional. Smooth check-in/check-out and helpful with local guidance.
